Welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a private room which was clean and had good facilities. Great central location close to Old Quarter, the staff organised our tour to Halong Bay. Would highly recommend.

They were helpful from the moment we arrived! Great value for money. We stayed in a private room and the facilities were great and clean with hot running water and comfy beds. The staff are extremely helpful and will go the extra mile to help you book and plan your trip. Highly recommend for all on a budget!

Staff were very welcoming when we arrived late off our long flight. The beds and pillows were lovely and soft, great nights sleep. Lots of help booking buses to Sapa and back, as it was high season. Hotel is in great location off the main road from the lake. No road noise, just don't expect a view from the window.

Paid for a room in advance, so i got neither refund nor discount. I arrived at Hanoi city center at 8pm, only to find out that they don't have a room for me and moved me to another hotel 1.2km away. The hotel they moved me to was one I avoided booking in the first place. They said they tried...

Me and my cousin stayed at Little Hanoi Hostel 2 for 3 nights. Only 2 minute-walk away from Hoan Kiem Lake yet it's so tranquil. Mr.Toan and others were so welcoming and they let us checked in early! Unlimited supply of fruits, tea and coffee for free and they also served tasty noodle soup for breakfast. I'm totally satisfied and...

In addition they recommended us for a trip in halong bay with good prices. Also their breakfast is just...

We stayed a couple of nights at Little Hanoi Hostel 2. Location is amazing, just a few metres from Hoan Kiem Lake. Rooms were nice, clean and cozy. Only negative aspect: no windows. Some of the other rooms do have windows though! And the a/c was a bit tricky to handle. Rooms were cleaned every day! The staff is absolutely...

Perfect for the price right next to the lake, double rooms were good value for money and everything was clean. The staff were so so so helpful- helping organise a trip to sapa (better quality trip than the tourist offices on the street). We loved our stay!
