The hotel is located in the center of Hanoi, what was nice to visit the city. Also the staff was friendly and our room big. But don't expect luxury or super clean rooms. Also we were happy to have backpacks, because our room was on the 6th floor and the staircase is pretty tight. YAll in all okay for one...

The staff were very helpfully and gave us a lot of guidance on our trip to Ha Long Bay. The hotel was in a great location and was a pleasant experience. Our room was a little small and had no natural light but was adequate for our needs.

The hotel is in the heart of the old city, so everything is in easy reach. Rooms are very basic, but clean. Jenny took good care of us. She upgraded us to the superior room for free, which is a lot bigger than the room we booked. She arranged a sapa hiking tour with a native lady. As we chose...

We booked and paid this hotel in advance and as soon as we arrived and entered the hotel, a boy at a sort of reception told us with smile that unfortunatelly he doesn´t have a room for us because "a big group booked it out but we can stay at his friend´s". It was around 11pm and we had to...

I arrived at 6am to sleeping and quite grumpy staff, and scooters blocking the entire entrance. (this was unchanged throughout my stay). I had a terrible night's sleep on the hard mattress with springs keenly felt through the sheets. Also a rooster out back was calling all night - easily heard even through closed windows. When I was allowed into...

Rooms are really modest. We stayed at the top floor. Beds are really hard and you can feel the springs poking your back. Shower didnt work wery well, but atleat there was allways hot water and tovels were changed daily. On the plus side the hotel is at a great location on a small side alley. Staff is really friendly...

This is a good budget hotel in the centre of the old quarter. For a family of 3, $25 aud per night including breaking is cheap. Remember it is basic though so nothing fancy in the room, but it has what you need. Nice balcony looking out into alleyway. We were on 5th floor so it was not fun climbing...

I didn't even spend one night in the hotel. They showed us 2 rooms on the 4th floor, both were very moldy. You could see and smell it! One room was freshly painted though but not behind the mirror where the wall was dark green/gray. I am not picky. I dont mind bugs, ants, camping or anything but these rooms...

This hotel is going to be ranked the worst ever (ever) hotel I ever stay. Technically, I checked in around 7pm due to the tourists packing back into Hanoi due to the closure of Halong Bay (bad weather) . We checked out at 10pm after most of our complaints were not attended to. I list down the items why you...

I was in this hotel for two weeks during my stay in Hanoi. The location was perfect (in the middle of the Old Quarter but in a not-so-busy street), the staff were always helpful and kind, and my room was great (I had the one with the balcony). My only problem was with the shower, that was sort of broken...
