Located in the central area of Hanoi Old quarter, Hibiscus hotel is a very good deal for budget travellers. I planned a budgetary trip to Vietnam so i chose stay in a super twin room in the hotel. The room is very good & other services are well worth what I paid for. I highly recommend you book package deals...

We booked a room some week before our arrival in Hanoi. The night that we arrived, the owner told to us that the hotel was full because overbooking but that we could go to a close and "similar" hotel of his "brother". We didn't like so much the idea but when we arrived to the other hotel....the room was really...

The hotel is located in the old quarter of Hanoi, where most places are easily accessible by walking. Local food around the hotel is also cheap and delicious. Doan and the staffs are friendly and helpful in giving information. The hotel can also help to arrange airport pick up and tour to some of the attractions such as Ha Long...

Good value of money! location was great with local food all over the streets. Most places can be easily accessible by foot, so can save some money on taxi. Don't worry bout no lift in the hotel as owner and staffs was very very friendly and helpful with the luggage and everything! There won't be any language barrier as everyone...

The owner Doan and his staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful. They speak good English. They arranged everything for us- including hotel pick-up, trips to Halong Bay and Perfume Pagoda at a reasonable price. We feel very welcomed and we will choose this hotel again when we come back to Hanoi next time.

Location is very convientient in the centre of the old town. The hostel is fine, and you get what you pay for, however, the pictures are somewhat misleading. The rooms are very basic, and not as fancy or as spacious as the photographs make out.

Not like the pictures on the website! This hotel was in a wonderful location with all of old quarter in walking distance. We stayed here for 3 night. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the website painted a very different picture to the reality. The bed was comfortable and the sheets/towels were clean, but the room and building need...

I booked a room through Agoda website yesterday with a special request that i'll check-in late. But when i went to this hotel, it's about 23:30, they said that they only have a room left at 5th floor (they think it's too high) and move us to a room at 4th floor of another hotel (Bluebell Hotel) far from this...

It was really a great hotel with a convenient location. The staffs are very friendly and guided us for good shopping and food place. Breakfast is basic but we are supplied with extra bread and yogurt for free. I will recommend this hotel for backpackers.

I travelled Hanoi with two of my friends and stayed back in this hotel for three nights. At middle of the happening place of old quarter. Just walk 100 meters and you will be in old quarter. It's more than value for money. They also provide complementary basic breakfast. I would highly recommend budget travellers to pick this hotel for...
