From the moment your cab pulls up, to the moment you leave, the staff do all they can to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. I recommend emailing ahead and having the hotel arrange pickup at the airport, we flew in from Canada, found our taxi driver waiting at the airport doors with our name on a sign, and took...

Stayed here end of June, level 5, reception were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very hot, air con was moderate, it never really got room down to temperature. Even on top floor fairly noisy, okay through the night but early morning street sounds and works started. Okay hotel for the price though, easy walking around old quarter. Breakfast wasn't provided...

The staff at Tu Linh Palace were so accommodating, anything we needed they helped with and even when my friend wasn't feeling well the staff brought her to the pharmacy to explain what she needed. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast was great w/ the Vietnamese coffee (they even made us Iced ones to...

Me and my brother just spend 5 days in Vietnam and spend 2 night in The Tu Linh Hotel. I was surpised with the great service and nice room, if you consider the low price of the rooms. The room was clean, not too big, but good enough. The service is great! Staff is really helpful and offered us multiple...

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 3 nights although we did stay at Halong Bay for one night of this. The hotel is clean and tidy and facilities wise is good for the price you are paying. What really made the hotel however was the staff they were fantastic and really helpful. In particular I would like to mention...

We stayed at the Tu Linh Palace for 2 nights at the beginning of our Vietnam vacation. The location of the hotel is great in the heart of the Old Quarter and the breakfast is tasty. The service is what sets this hotel apart from others. Three weeks after our stay on the day we were flying back to the...

This hotel is lovely and we'll situated. The staff were extremely friendly. This didn't receive full stars because of a few little things. The breakfast is in a different hotel which is weird, but it's not fr and is only on the next street. Another thing us we got moved rooms which was annoying because I'd already unpacked everything. Also...

Average hotel but centrally located in the old quarter. Rooms are small but comfortable overall and clean enough. The thing that I disliked the most about the hotel was that everything was always very complicated with the staff. I first booked with Expedia and contacted the hotel by mail directly to arrange pick-up at airport and add additional nights as...
