Fantastic hotel..... Very good value and great location. Booked halong bay trip with these(ALOVA GOLD) and got the best price..... Much cheaper than other guests on the boat, however our Halong Bay trip was cut short due to bad weather which meant we were entitled to 40% of our money back.... Alec the manager gave us back the 40% of... More

We spent 3 nights in this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. Extremly helpful and friendly staff, great location (directly in the old quarters but surprisingly quite at night!), and very spacious rooms. In-house shuttle service to airport was also reliable!

I find the hotel is good, but the staffs(specially Mr. Alex) are remarkably so nice and helpful that I must salute all of them. The hotel has very good 6D5N travel deal and others at very reasonable price. The room at highest floor is very big with nice balcony. Lower floor ha balcony too, but facing some other house. The... We spent 5 nights at the Pearl Suite hotel where we had a family room at the third level. Given that is based on a shophouse design, expect the common areas to be tight especially when using the staircase. Having a family room, the room was spacious enough. The room was clean and functional; my main complaint was there was... More

The staff at Pearl Suites made our stay memorable. We booked directly online. I was impressed with the prompt , helpful replies. We had a room with a small balcony. I asked for a room with windows and balcony. The bathroom was modern , and the whole hotel very clean, and comfortable. The staff were the highlight. Friendly, helpful and... More

Our stay at Pearl Suites Hanoi Hotel more than satisfied our needs. The staff were diligent in meeting our needs, always helpful and accommodating. They spoilt us rotten and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely, the room was very comfortable, the staff delightful, the position within walking distance to all. We felt so well looked after and would... More

The street is too narrow for cars, but I had requested an airport pickup, so the driver offloaded me, and we walked down a short street to the hotel. Very stylish and helpful hotel. Upgraded me to a family room with a small balcony, which could be interesting to view nightlife below. Computer in room and many, many items both... More

Our stay here got off to a bad start.prior to our arrival in hanoi i emailed the hotel asking to be picked up at the airport. I received an email stating we would be picked up at the airport and we would not have to pay until we checked out of the hotel. We arrived at the airport around midnight... More
