We felt very comfortable in this hotel from minute 1. We had booked an airport shuttle directly in advance through the hotel and were very happy that in all the hustle and bustle at the airport someone was waiting for us and drove us safely to the hotel. Once there, our luggage was taken directly from the taxi to the hotel and we could enjoy a welcome drink and fresh fruit while our check-in was being prepared. We had initially booked only 2 nights in Hanoi, but found the city and the hotel so sympathetic that we extended up to a total of 6 nights in the GM premium hotel. Of particular note is Ms Vivien, who took care of every request immediately (book excursions, taxi, airport shuttle and much more). We could store our large luggage in the hotel during any excursions (Ninh Binh or Ha Long Bay), which was very easy for us. She is a good-hearted person and is very interested in the hotel guests. When she found out about our engagement, she came a short time later with a fruit platter around the corner to congratulate us on the engagement. All around we felt more than comfortable at this hotel and we would definitely recommend this place. Also, the location right in the old town is great for exploring Hanoi on foot. We give the hotel at least 10/10 points and will definitely book the GM-Premium Hotel again on our next Hanoi trip.

The sweetest, most helpful and welcoming staff! Treated with warmth and kindness, and felt looked after in every way. So happy we chose to stay here, such a luxurious oasis in the middle of bustling Hanoi. Could not more highly recommend!
We arrived after 1.30AM, yet were warmly greeted outside at our taxi by Tim and 2 other porters, who assisted with luggage and settled us in.
Breakfast was a real treat! Set on the 11th floor with floor to ceiling glass windows and Skybar rooftop access. Very classy setting with incredible 360 views of the surrounding city. The serving staff were so sweet, especially Vui, who had such a lovely smile and manner about her!
We enjoyed the buffet spread and also a number of a-la-carte menu items like pancakes with mango and banana, lovely omelettes and pho. Even though we arrived quite late, we weren’t rushed but encouraged to enjoy ourselves.
The place is beautifully and skilfully decorated and very clean. Rooms are spacious with really comfy large beds and ultra fluffy pillows and towels. They even have a variety of bathrobes hanging in the cupboard for use.
We feel this place is great value and that anyone staying here is in good hands, given its superb hospitality.

Such a lovely hotel! Instantly upon entering, you're greeted with lovely and friendly staff who have excellent English. The lobby is cool and smells really nice lol and they give you welcome drinks. We checked into this hotel 3 times during our VN trip because of side trips to Sapa and Ha Long Bay, and each check in has been smooth; they even kept our extra luggages for us so we didn't have to carry them on the side trips.
As a family of 5, we occupied 2 rooms. We stayed in 1 double + 1 triple (one big bed + one extra bed). They can arrange for connected rooms and it was a good amount of space for us. The rooms are clean with adequate outlets and basics (mini fridge, water boiler, tea/coffee, water; robes, slippers). Bathrooms are very clean and pleasant to use!
Love that the room TV is compatible with Apple products for screen mirroring. We could also connect our devices to play Spotify on it.
The balcony bar/restaurant was really nice :) The views are incredible; overlooking the city. The breakfast buffet was tasty! I always ordered one of the freshly made noodle soup options (really delicious), fruit, and yogurt! I also always ordered an iced Vietnamese coffee or bac xiu coffee.
I didn't get to stop by the gym lol but the outdoor pool is a nice size (not too large, not too small) and also overlooks the city! There aren't many tables by the pool though.
The location of the hotel was great for our needs and our adventures; it's located relatively in the middle of many tourist attractions and is in a lively area.
The staff and hospitality here is outstanding and so memorable - from everything like opening the door and greeting us, to helping us with luggage, striking small conversation - they are all so friendly and I felt really comfortable and safe here.

These are the fanciest rooms that I have stayed in while in Vietnam. Everything worked perfectly during our stay and the staff were impeccable with their service!
If you're looking for a hotel to stay in the old quarter this is the place!! Many tours pick up from this place and it makes it is really easy to get everywhere from here.
Mr Cưỏng (forgive me I have misspelt the accents) their customer service manager was always present during our stay and became a friendly and familiar face. Gem, Haley, and Minnie also became friendly and familiar faces who we interacted with very regularly. All staff I have spoken to have very good English skills and a strong customer first attitude!
The pool is a great temperature and provides city views over the city and the Ho Chi Minh Complex. Their rooftop bar also has an extensive menu and provides the same views.
House cleaning services were always attentive and supplied our room daily with anything that it was lacking. Laundry service was also very easy to access with fast turn around times.
The hotel is very well furnished and the staffs uniforms are very sleek! The beds are firm and their sheets are soft with strong AC.

We stayed at the GM Premium in Hanoi in mid-January and were extremely impressed with the location, the service, the rooms, the food, and the spa. Immediately upon entering the lobby, we were greeted with a warm welcome. Vivian, who helped us check in, could not have been more wonderful. She was thorough and informative. She also provided us was lots of recommendations and guidance for sites in the area. She took the time to get to know us and then based her recommendations on what we wanted to see/experience.
One of Vivian's recommendations was a visit to the Sense's Spa in the hotel. I decided to purchase a three-hour massage, facial and hair washing experience. The entire afternoon was nothing short of luxurious. I left the spa feeling like a Queen.
Overall, Vivian and the entire staff at the GM Premium made sure that we felt like the hotel was our home away from home. We are already looking forward to returning and know that we will be welcomed like old friends.

This is a hotel where I only had good experiences~ Because it was newly built, the rooms were clean and I was very impressed by the staff's continued efforts to provide service first. Netflix and YouTube Premium are connected to the smart TV, and every time you enter the hotel, the staff asks if you need anything (if you buy mangoes, they provide a cutting service), and even on the last day, they ask if you want to leave your luggage, need a taxi, or need a shower, so you can get it. Stayed at GM for 4 nights over 3 different stays as we moved between Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh. The staff was extremely friendly in every interaction, and the concierge Ms. Vivian was great with her recommendations and friendliness. The rooms are very clear, clearly new with attention to detail in both the bedroom and bathroom. The waterfall shower was an additional nice touch.
The breakfast bar was also great to start the day.
I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Hanoi!

As soon as you enter the door, you are immediately served with a welcome drink and dessert, which makes you feel honored.

This hotel is a beautiful relaxing gem in the middle of loud, busy, and lively Hanoi. We *loved* our stay here. Every time we walked into the hotel from the street, we looked at each other and remarked how wonderful it was to come back to this hotel. We booked a large suite room which had two balconies overlooking the rooftops, and a sitting room as well as a large bedroom. We loved all the space we had and room was beautiful. And our bed was so comfortable. The service was incredible here—impeccable hospitality and warmth from all the staff, every single time we saw and interacted with someone. For the vegans, you will be well cared for here! They have an entire section of the breakfast buffet that is vegetarian (everything there was always vegan during our stay) and you can also order vegan pho for breakfast or vegan vermicelli. You will have plenty to eat. The hotel is in a great location and easy to walk to so many places and restaurants nearby. Honestly, every hotel we stayed at since then has had a hard time being in GM Premium’s shadow! I would not hesitate to book a stay here.
