The overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Our room was always cleaned and the bathroom towels/toiletries restocked. The modern room had all the things we needed - comfy bed, powerful AC, and access to a smart TV. The bathroom was nice. The toilet has a bidet and the room also has a bathtub. Our only concern was the bathtub/shower design which isn’t designed well as it would cause splashes on the floor. The water pressure and heating all worked well.
The food here was good too. We both enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which consisted of Western and Vietnamese food. As for the service, it was amazing. They did not miss a beat with their hospitality and went above and beyond for us during our stay. The staff would message us for the best tour bookings and places to see, which we both appreciated.
As for affordability, the hotel is reasonable especially for a brand new hotel with stellar hospitality. We stayed here for a total of 7 nights and found it to be worth the associated cost.
The location has its pros and cons. To us, this place was exceptional despite it being relatively far from the old quarter. It’s still in the city center and a few blocks away from Lotte and Japanese restaurants. You’ll see mostly locals in the area and less tourists wandering around. During our stay, it was quiet and calm, which to us was great. We didn’t come across loud tourists. The area felt so much safer as well. This place is great if you’re looking to stay away from all the noise and crowds. You’ll definitely feel rested staying here, which we both valued over convenience. Just be prepared to use Grab if you plan on venturing out to the Old Quarter, get food nearby (you’ll be close enough to Grab from restaurants from the Old Quarter) or to get dropped off by Grab to the Opera House to go on tours. As inconvenient as this may sound, it’s not.
My wife and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Great value for the quality of service, cleanliness, and facilities. We would definitely come back here for our future trip to Hanoi.

This place is very nice and clean. Rooms are cleaned on the daily. I liked the pool and bar area. I enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. There's also a small coffee area at entrance of the hotel. Be prepared for the pool to be busy or booked for events. The rooms were spacious and I did like the bathroom. I was hoping to get a bathtub, which I thought I asked for. I also did not like that housekeeping works extra early, so for light sleepers like me I can hear everything. I heard the guests slamming doors, I heard the employees on their walkie talkies, I heard the employees shouting in the hallways. I also wished I booked closer to city center, it was hard to get there during peak hours. It is enjoyable to be away from the main hustle and bustle at least. There is a cool section nearby you can walk to, it is mainly Japanese based restaurants.

A Memorable Stay at This Amazing Hotel in Vietnam! 🌴🌅
During our 5-week journey through Vietnam, we had the absolute pleasure of getting to know this wonderful hotel, and it was an experience we'll cherish forever! Hieu, the hotel's customer service rep went above and beyond to ensure our stay was filled with unforgettable moments and thoughtfully assisted us in booking tours that catered to our interests. His care and attention made us feel truly special throughout our entire visit.
Now, let's talk about the room - it was simply breathtaking! Without a doubt, the best accommodation we encountered during our travels in Vietnam. The attention to detail and the luxurious amenities provided us with the comfort and relaxation we craved after a day of exploring the vibrant streets of Ho Chi Minh.
Breakfast at the hotel was an adventure in itself! The culinary team presented a delightful array of dishes, beautifully combining Flavors from different cultures. We enjoyed indulging in a fusion of tastes that satisfied our palates and added an extra layer of joy to our mornings.
Ah, the bartender! A true magician with liquor. The delightful concoctions served at the bar were masterpieces that not only delighted our taste buds but also sparked conversations and laughter with fellow guests. The bartender's skill and passion for mixology made each sip a delightful experience.
And let's not forget the pool! Nestled right next to the bar, the pool area offered breathtaking views of Vietnam's stunning city. Whether we were taking a refreshing dip or simply lounging by the water, we were mesmerized by the beauty surrounding us.
In conclusion, we can't say enough good things about this hotel. From the warm hospitality of the staff, the luxurious and comfortable room, the delectable breakfast, to the skilled bartender and the stunning pool views - everything exceeded our expectations. Our stay here added a touch of magic to our Vietnam journey, making it an absolute highlight. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly memorable and delightful stay in Ho Chi Minh. We can't wait to return! 🌴🌅🍹

Room Tip: Book the overnight tour in Ha long bay with Hieu! Recommend staying two nights on the boat.

A lovely and friendly hotel. The staff and people working there are so friendly and seems to love to help you throughout the stay. We were there two times before and after our travel to Ha Long Bay. We got welcome drinks, and massage, restaurant and bar discounts at the hotel. We tried both the massage and restaurant and both were excellent. The breakfast was maybe my favorite with delicious soups, food and fruits. We used the swimming pool at the 11th floor which was clean and you can relax with a drink from the bar at the same floor if you want. The rooms were nice and clean as well and meet our high expectations. The hotel is 15-20 min to the Old town but it is easy to travel with grab😊 Would recommend!

I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel, it’s really convenient location with only 15-minutes distance from airport. Such a new hotel and reception staff were very helpful and polite, they are willing to help and so are all the other hotel staff. My room on the 3rd floor was beautiful at modern designs, it was so clean spotless and spacious, especially the king size bed. The breakfasts were really good too. The Rooftop bar was my favorite! Such an amazing panoramic view from there. I would definitely recommend and will be back the next time.

Firstly, don’t be fooled by the name - it is nowhere near Ba Dinh, and is really far out. For the price, you can get better in Tay Ho, Westlake or near Town. The pool is lovely although small, but a great relief from the heat. restaurant ok but expensive and uninspiring. Supposed to be non smoking, but tell that to the other guests! We stayed here as we thought it was in the Ba Dinh area, and got an upgrade on booking.com,but the upgrade did not materialise, and the location was not what we expected - on their map it looks close to both Westlake and the mausoleum, but it is not.

We stayed only 1 night but rooms are clean and large. Tha staff is excellent at any time and they 've helped us in many ways. We have to mention in particular ms Thao that is efficient and kind. The hotel is a bit far from the center but 80-100.000 vnd is worth for the good stay. We recommend it.

Lovely hotel, very welcoming, staff were wonderful especially Mr.Hieu who went out of his way to look after us. We decided to stay an extra night but hotel was booked up, Mr Hieu made alternative arrangements and booked us into another hotel nearby and travelled with us to see we were satisfied. Fantastic asset to any hotel.
