However when we arrived at 6pm, 'rooms ran out' so the reception at Golden Art made us switch to Rising Dragon. She claimed the room at Rising Dragon has 'nice view' and...

This hotel is clean, well located and has really helpfull staff particularly Cathy. It is lovely to stay at and the help offered was exceptional. We booked tours and flights through them, they transported us places and advised us on the best ways to travel. They even helped retrieve a lost bag.

Stayed 2 nights with our 3 kids. Very professional and helpful staff. Hotel well located. Breakfast buffet was really good, lots of choice and we could order à la carte with the buffet. Double room a bit small. Overall, excellent value!

I checked in at 5pm, but they were already "over-booked." They got a taxi to drive me to a different hotel called the "Time Hotel". The Time Hotel was probably the worst hotel I've ever seen. I've traveled all over Southeast Asia and also all over Vietnam, so I have a good references to compare it too. The Time Hotel...
