The staff is very helpful and very kind. You can arrange everything upfront or at the last moment. They took care of everything. The hotel is neat clean and the breakfast is amazing! Definitely coming back here! Price is worth it and location is good too. No noise from outside.

Didn't have the best start to my time in Hanoi. Phone got stolen etc. The staff here we so helpful. Called and guided me to police station. Helpful with organizing tours. Warm friendly greeting upon Arriving. Rooms are excellent and clean. All round fantastic friendly helpful staff who put in extra to help. Breakfast quite simple though, but still it's...

Hotel ok, location ok, we stayed here two nights either side of a trip to Sa Pa, booked the deluxe double, first night we were given an "Upgrade" if by upgrade they mean a room with a double and single bed, then fine. Second night we stuck on the top floor, I'm 6' tall and had about an inch of...

The hotel is rather small with a nice helpful staff that knows a decent amount of english. The location was central. Breakfast was basic. However the shower was terrible and ruined the entire experience. The shower and toilet were enclosed behind a tinted glass which offered little to no privacy. The two were also separated which meant getting dressed was...

The staff were excellent, drinks and local info on arrival list of areas to visit, eat and drink. I would say it's located a little further away from the "tourist" area (by the lake) but it's easily walkable once you work out the streets. The rooms are good value for money although not quite at nice as they look in...

The staff here are outstanding. Very welcoming, bright, professional. Upon arrival you are offered complimentary tea, coffee or juice. The staff offered to show us around the map and recommend some places to visit. We arrived at 11.30am and check in is at 2pm so they even offered to check us into another hotel, complimentary, until our room was ready!...

Great location in the heart of the backpacker district. This is a comfortable hotel with well-serviced rooms and excellent breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly and helpful, airport pick-up was provided as well as information on tours to Halong Bay.

Ha Long Bay tour booked through A class tours was brilliant too (Carina cruise). But the best part of this hotel.were the staff!!! So friendly, so happy to help. I have stayed at this hotel for a few times before, i am always satisfied with the service they provide especially the reception is very helpful and at the same time professional. The room is more than enough for a good night rest and sleeping. Plus point is the hotel is conveniently well located in the old quarter and a...

Booked the Hotel because of its high rating. Welcome from the staff was excellent. I got a room on the third floor 306 with street view. Even with the good windows the honk noise from the street was by some means disturbing at night. Changed the room to the fourth floor because the cleaning staff smoked on the balcony during...
