Amazing is service. On the first morning, I was late to breakfast at the lounge and they kept the food going for me.
Rooms are big and comfortable with the power plugs are updated with decent speed USB charging.
The hotel breakfast in the main restaurant is huge with a decent mix of local and international food. There are even some Korean and Indian counters.
Only down side is that there is nothing much around the area within walking distance except for a Pho shop across the road.

Our hotel's location is in My Dinh, Hanoi's new business district, away from the noises of the street and city traffic, thus making it a tranquil place suitable for guests looking for a relaxing stay. Although our hotel is a bit away from the city center, it only takes about 40 minutes to get there by absolutely affordable and reliable taxis, and our team would be more than happy to call you a taxi whenever you need one during your next stay at our hotel. Although it was "far" from Old Quarter (like 25 minute cab ride) it was not an issue as we used Grab and it is cheap to get around. This hotel was so nice and quiet, the breakfast was great, the room service and food was exceptional. The service is sooo wonderful---everyone wanted to help you and is constantly assisting. The sauna was amazing with himalayan salt and a nice jacuzzi and gym, and a beautiful outdoor pool. Overall amazing stay!!!

Good overall, the staff were friendly and the room is OK, the food in the market was very good, a lot of Korean options. Special thanks to Kwan Vanessa was exceptional, very helpful and make me feel welcomed. I would recommend this hotel if you're trying to travel for business purposes because of the location of this hotel.

When I booked this hotel, it was advertised on the website free breakfast as one of the amenities, and this is still the case. However, when we arrived, they said we had to pay it separately. After contacting Marriott customer services, the senior manager came back to us saying that since our stay was going to be paid with cash + points redemption, we were not entitled to breakfast. Which does not correspond to information available on the website. There is no distinction in the information provided when making the reservation with cash or with points + cash redemption. I would have been fine paying for breakfast if they had approached the situation differently, such as acknowledging that the website information was outdated or incorrect and offering an apology for the inconvenience.
Unfortunately, we went to Hanoi when Super Typhoon Yagi was about to arrive. We asked to change our check-out date, as due to the typhoon damages, it would not be possible to do any of the activities we had planned. It took three days and several attempts to request support for them to provide us with the correct contact. Luckily, when we got in touch with the right department, they were super quick and efficient.
We felt safe inside the hotel during the typhoon, and we noticed that they were working hard to prepare the building for it. We had several meals at the hotel restaurant since we were locked inside, and the food has a margin for improvement. The restaurant stuff is super friendly and nice.
For those who want to go to the old quarter, it is a bit far. It takes about 40 min to 1 hour to get there by car, it depends on the traffic.

Absolutely loved the hotel! Amazing staff, clean facilities and room and an excellent executive lounge experience.
As a titanium elite member I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was massive! A lively welcome Amenity in room of some amazing truffles and fruit. The room was modern and spacious. I Liked the design perhaps not For everyone but it appealed To me.
The tv was massive in the bedroom, city view, bath was lovely. Overhead shower though I prefer a hand shower everyone is different.
Swimming pool was ample in size and had great facilities. No staff on duty in the area, so am unsure if the bar etc by the pool is Open regularly etc.
The executive staff <3 amazing service. Friendly attentive and genuinely good people. Am unsure if there is afternoon tea as I was Swimming. However there are evening cocktails and light food. I foolishly thought I’d go to dinner afterwards however I was too full. The array of cheese and cold cuts was ample. They had fresh spring rolls. Salad. Vietnamese shrimp salad, drinks. Hot food of satay and seafood snacks. Bread. Desserts and so on.
Breakfast - again great experience. Japanese, Korean, Indian, Vietnamese and standard western fare were all available. Omelette station. Noodle soup station. Fresh juice station. For Me the winner was the coffee and fresh croissants.
Overall I strongly recommend the Hotel, maybe a tad far From the city centre but tacos are easy to get. One of the best experiences yet!!!!

I stayed at the Sheraton Hanoi West I. July on a 10 day business trip to Vietnam. As a Marriott Titanium member I was upgraded to a suite which was a nice way to commence my stay at the hotel. The food at the hotel restaurant and room service is impeccable. If you book a room with M club lounge access, you can enjoy breakfast , drinks and canapes in the club lounge. The staff are very courteous and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. Overall an excellent stay at an excellent hotel in Hanoi.

Everything was great except no butt sprayer at the toilet. Clean and comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast buffet. Good fitness center. Club Lounge was excellent including the club staff. Actually all the staff were friendly and accommodating. Concierge was awesome but can't remember his name. Selena and Thau in the club Lounge were so friendly went out of their way to assist. Ang or Anh was very welcoming and attentive at breakfast in the restaurant. Those are only the names I can remember from our recent 5 night stay but everyone on staff was smiling, friendly, helpful, attentive and welcoming. We will be back.
