Stayed in a Melia property for the first time. Melia Hanoi is centrally located in the heart of Hanoi where in all the attractions are nearby by (The Old Quarter, Beer street, etc), Rooms are quite wel furnished with city views. Toiletries provided was also of good quality. Breakfast spread was huge with many live counters. It was a delight for Non-vegetarians but for vegetarians like me options were limited.

My husband had a conference in Hanoi and we chose Meliá hotel as it was the conference venue.It was our first time with the Melia group and we were not disappointed .
We booked the level premium and had access to the Level lounge on the 20th floor.
The staff in Melia were all very good and proactive.
We had a great time in the lounge and I want to specially thank the manager Mr Le Huu Tuan Anh.
He was just amazing and Melia is very fortunate to have him as the manager.I had a great time interacting with Ms Tu too.
We really enjoyed your hospitality .
We will surely be back .

We booked the Melia at the last minute, just one day before arriving in Hanoi. Having already spent 12 days in other areas of Vietnam we knew Hanoi was a busy, congested p yet exciting place and were hoping for a hotel that would simultaneously have us near the action, yet provide a respite from it when you walk in it's doors. Boy, did we find it! The Melia is GORGEOUS (when we were there it was decorated for the Christmas holiday) and from the minute you walk in you know everything is taken care of. We were traveling with our two teenage kids, so required two rooms. We decide to spend a little extra and stay in two suites (still 1/3rd the price of a suite in the U.S.) so the kids could have a bit of space and it was worth every penny. The rooms are clean, spacious, beautifully appointed and met all our needs... and then some! We originally planned on staying only one night, thinking we would move to another part of the city but ended up staying four. The breakfast buffet is out of this world. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

This hotel is in the French part of Hanoi- lovely wide quiet streets yet only 20 mins walk to the old quarter.
It’s a lovely walk especially at weekends as the roads are closed off to traffic around the lake .
We had a very comfortable bedroom as you would expect from Melia group . The swimming pool great size and gets sun from about 1am and very pleasant before that and there are sun umbrellas available too . We are so glad we stayed here for 3 nights during our tour of SE Asia

Very nice hotel which deserves its 5 stars. It is ideally located and allows you to visit Hanoi city center on foot. The rooms are very spacious, the bedding is comfortable and you don't hear any noise coming from outside.
