It would have been nicer if the conference room was bigger, or it was just me as it was really crowded that day, say 200 people in a somewhat small room. However the staff did a wonderful job. I enjoyed the finger food they served carried on big trays going around the room. I stayed there during the event and...

I was here last week for a conference. The hotel is nice enough. The restaurants are good, the health club facilities are nice, and the location is great. However, I was placed on a smoking floor, which reeked of smoke, and my bathroom smelled heavily of sewage. While I was in Hanoi, my corporate credit card was stolen, and I...

The Hanoi Melia is an excellent hotel, with wonderful staff and very good amenities. However Wifi was problematic, but being Vietnam is perhaps understandable. The decor is art deco and looks great. Unfortunately it is to be modernised!

Great hotel, including excellent breakfast buffet, room size/amenities, very good hotel gym and pool. No issues but I went with my wife and the hotel is suited for business clientele; accordingly the staff were efficient but not personable. As a business hotel I would return.

Definitely one of my most favorite 5*hotels in Hanoi. Everything is exceptional from rooms which are newly renovated, the bedding is fantastic, and the best pillows I've ever slept on. Wifi is free and works very well, every day you will get a complimentary water in the room. Hotel has also great outdoor pool, fitness centre & spa. The staff...

This is a very nice hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam. The rooms were excellent, with comfortable beds, the food was good, location was convenient, and the staff were wonderful! No complaints at all. It is convenient to several restaurants, and is a short taxi ride away (or you can walk) to the old quarter. I wish we could have stayed longer!

This is a very classy hotel and a good 5 star standard. Not the sort of place I usually stay at !
