We stayed here for 2 nights on a Vietnam holiday, pleasantly surprised with it. We originally booked the deluxe with window, which was quite nice but the view was nothing. We upgraded ourselves to the executive suite which was awesome. I use the same format for reviewing all stays. Staff 10 - Lou when we checked in was incredibly helpful,...

It is a great hotel in Hanoi when I stayed for my long trip. The hotel which has best location because you can get to the center of Hanoi easily by walk. And it not only easy to find good restaurants around this hotel but also amazing souvenir shop. It does cost much but nice room, clean and comfortable. Otherwise...

The location is good to explore the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Their staff provided excellent service that they tried their best to fulfill your request. The room is clean. Breakfast is delicious. Everything is wonderful. I would recommend this lovely hotel to everyone who wishes to experience the centre of Hanoi.

The décor of this hotel is elegance as described on the website. Different varieties of food for breakfast. We enjoyed our meals at dinner time most of our stayed in Hanoi. Angel Palace was like a haven to retreat to after exploring the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. I have read some bad reviews of this hotel here but seriously, when you're paying what you are for this place you should feel lucky. I have travelled to plenty of SE Asian countries and for prices even higher than Angel Palace, I...

Nice hotel in a great central location in the old part of town. Great city buzz full of life! The hotel has modern decor good sized rooms and a great breakfast catering to both westerners and non westerners. In addition, they have some of the best staff that I have encountered in many years. We loved this hotel. Great value for money. Breakfast buffet was great, rooms were average size and came with free wifi. Carpet in room required some dry cleaning, but all other aspects of room were faultless. Staff were friendly and very approachable, many spoke English and assisted us in many ways. It was perfect walking distance from many attractions, including...
