This hotel was the first night in a tour package we'd organised, and didn't exactly have high hopes of it being anything spectacular. Well, weren't we eating our own words! Angel Palace Hotel was fantastic. It's in a great location, the staff are totally lovely and nothing is too much to ask. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I...

My husband and I were recommended this hotel so we decided to give it a try. Totally worth it! The hotel was simply beautiful, just as it is represented in its online photos. The room is new and very well maintained, the furnishings and décor are lovely. The staff was very helpful, and very nice to work with. It is...

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Just don't rely on the map the have; it is not totally accurate. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The breakfast at the restaurant is varied, with one criticism: teeny tiny tea cups.

Lovely hotel in a great location on a busy street. Reception very welcoming gave us a map on our arrival recommending local restaurants. They said to let them know if there were any problems with our room, so doing as we were told we pointed out that there were 3 lights that didn't work and the balcony door didn't shut...

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the staff. The hotel was generally clean and neat. I did not like the small window in the room, but the rest was good. I had a two meals at the restaurant and really enjoyed the food. Its a great place to escape the hustle and...

We were able to walk to most of Hanoi old city from here. Quite a few restaurants nearby, and the street markets just up the road. Hotel itself is good, with very good and helpful staff. The doorman was excellent, helping us across the road many times and avoiding the craziness of the traffic. Definitely recommend

We have stayed in the Angel Palace hotel in the family suite for 4 nights and in general we liked the hotel. It's very clean, stuff is very nice and helpful and its location is great. In the old quarter of Hanoi, within less than 10 minutes walking to the lake. What we did not like (and that is why...

A good hotel within short walking distance of Hanoi's old quarter. The service was friendly and helpful and the two rooms I stayed in (I stayed on two separate occasions) were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was a decent Vietnamese offering served in a pleasant breakfast room. For the price that I paid (only £20 a night) the hotel provided...

As we were arriving at 1 am, my sister and I decided to book this hotel to get some rest and we were not disappointed. Our room was very basic but clean. The wifi is free and fast. The staff of the hotel are very polite and will assist you with anything. We booked a hotel pick-up and price was...
