We spent 2 weeks as Global Volunteers at the Hanoi Legacy. The room was large with an oversized king bed, private bath with shower, TV, refrig, bottled water, teas, safe, air conditioner/heater and windows in room and bath. We were on the 6th floor next...More
For this price, I would say it valued for the money. The best thing about the hotel was the location. It was very close to the old quarter where the most activities were located. We stayed at the back so no noise. Staff were mostly...More
My wife and I enjoyed our two night stay at this hotel. Its central location made it that much better and upon arrival we found out that we had been upgraded to a bigger room. The staff were friendly and always helpful and the breakfast...More

Reasonably priced, comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, very central location. The staff are very professional and the hotel tour organiser is very good also, but the location makes this hotel a great choice. Would stay again.

I am not sure if all rooms have windows. The room we stayed in was called an executive suite and it had a lounge room area and also a balcony/patio. If you went onto the balcony you could see the street and all the action, however from inside your room with the patio door shut you couldn't hear any street noise at all. I loved the size of the room and it wasnt much extra to book the suite. I never saw the standard rooms so couldnt comment on those.

We've booked deluxe rooms with highest price to have best room, but they did trick us and move us to other hotel with small room, and far from the downtown. The new hotel has cheaper rate but they did not return money for us. Never come back again. Foreigners should be careful when booking with Legacy Hanoi hotel system.
