I will always go to the Rising Dragon Legend when I reach hanoi again. The manager, David is more like a close friend..he goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy..not just the hotel..but your stay in Hanoi. The room are a comfortable size with an in room safe. The entertainment is good..by that I mean the TV...

We have stayed at the Rising Dragon Legend 4 times and each time we have been pleased.  It is very central in Old Hanoi and easy walking distance to the lake and other parts of the city. The rooms are clean, bed was comfortable,  bathroom a little dated however the room was fit for our purpose - sleeping.  On our...

We stayed here for a couple of nights and we were made to feel very welcome. It is far better than the original Rising Dragon at 61 Hang Be Street which had no lift (elevator). Anything we needed and any information we required was not a problem. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the...

My better half and I together with our friends stayed in this hotel during our recent visit to Hanoi. It is one of the several Rising Dragon hotels in this city. This boutique hotel with its distinctive "Legend" name is strategically located in the Old Quarter part of Hanoi. It is nestled in the midst of various shops selling different...

We were one couple and a friend. We've booked through booking.com for a firm reservation with no right to cancel. Booking said we didn't have to pre-pay and It read that we had until 11pm to get there. Even with it, when we arrived they said that it was a non-guaranteed booking and so at 6pm they have given our...

I walked into Rising Dragon Hotel and was offered an excellent and tidy room for thirty dollars. The hotel staff went out of their way to serve me and help organize my stay. I thoroughly recommend them.

Big double bed, air con, hot shower. We stayed there a few days and had a good laugh with the staff. They were very helpful with booking taxis to and from the airport, and giving us advice on where to eat and where the best coffee shops were (check out the egg coffee on the road behind the hotel). Comfortable...

Having booked a spacious looking ‘deluxe’ room through Booking.com with two singles, or one double and a single for 850,000VD we were shoehorned into a small room taken up completely by a double bed and told it was indeed the ‘deluxe’. But my biggest mistake after arriving was mentioning we were interested in visiting Halong Bay as the hard sell...

Fantastic hotel with amazing service. Very friendly and helpful staff where nothing was too much trouble. They organized our airport transfers and travel and accommodation to Sapa and Halong Bay. Best location with the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter right outside your door. Ask for Cindy who was always responsive and accommodating. We will come back to stay...
