After changing our original windowless hotel, we came to this one by chance. We immediately loved the place as it was airy, clean and very pleasant welcome from Tang (Lisa) the manager who was really helpful. Breakfast was good and she took us to the night market and treated to the local sugar cane juice. We stayed 5 nights. Thanks...

Best hotel I ever went; I don't understand the criticism here. I came here for 12 days, it was booked by my friend in Hanoi and everything was almost perfect, except maybe the air conditionner which did not really worked. Otherwise, everything was great, nice welcoming, helpfull staff I booked a trip to Halong, everything was great. They help me...

First we did not get the room type which we originally booked, then the internet access in the room was very bad and there were ants in...

We booked this hotel based on its 'good' rating of 7.3 on booking.com and that its 'deluxe' room looked nice. We only wanted something slightly nicer than the average guesthouse over xmas 2012. They helpfully organised a transfer taxi from Hanoi airport as we flew in late and they happily accepted our late check-in, great. It went downhill quickly from...
