Very small and cheap hostel. Rooms were a bit damp and not very clean but acceptable, everything worked (shower, air con etc.). Service very good, they organised few trips for us for decent price (cheaper than online). Location was quiet good, only few hundred meters from all restaurants. If you are looking for budget holidays this place will suit you.

Very good value for money. Clean room, hot shower. Outstanding service by Nana, Ann and their team. Good location in the old quarter but in a less busy street. Breakfast is okay for free. Arrangements for tours and transport were perfect.

Nana, the lady who attend us during our stay was great. She gave us a map of the city, explained us where to find the cheapest fruit during Têt holidays. She arranged for us the Sapa Trek for 3 days and 2 nights which was great and memorable. She is always ready to help and give you advice where you...

We stayed there our first two nights in Hanoi. It was good and cheap! Our room was quiet and AC was working fine. Staff speaks good english and they were really helping us booking tours. Room and bathroom were clean! I would recommend for a cheap private room!

No breakfast included in price. Mediocre showers in room if booking double. Loud street noises early morning. Staff were really helpful and made this 3 out of 5. A layer of dust on anything above head height.

Keep in mind that this is a budget hotel and you will not be disappointed. Huong (Nana) is incredibly helpful and helped us arrange various other tours. She booked Halong Bay for us at a considerably cheaper price than we could arrange and we were very happy with that tour (Oriental Sails 3d/2n) We stayed here several times in between...

The staff is friendly, especially Nana. The room was clean enough. Our bed was not hard at all, as we read on some other reviews. Bathroom was also clean and the shower was nice and warm. We also booked our Halong Bay trip here for a decent price.
