I have been here for the last two days and could not be happier with the place. The rooms are clean, staff is amazing. Make sure you try their roof top restaurant. You will be steps away from everything.

Clean, quiet enough, nice staff and good breakfast. Of course, that comes with a price, and that is bit higher than some other places. Rooms were confortably big, and smelled clean, although they have bit of a bug problem in the bathroom area.

Stay in month of April, 2017 has been one of its kind - be it staff, travel arrangements, accomodation. They suggest you best places depending on your vacation duration. They go extra mile to teach few vietnamese words. Attentive to details & amazing hospitality. I'd definitely prefer staying here again.

Spring, the hotel manager was amazingly helpful. She arranged EVERYTHING for us, a trip to Sa Pa, a cruise in Halong Bay, even she helped us to buy a motorbike here in Hanoi. Also the hotel was clean, the breakfast is very good and the staff was always kind and helpful. I absolutely recommend it! :)

The hotel was extremely easy to find. From the airport bus #86 to Long Bian station and then about 5 min on foot. The staff are friendly and speak English very well. I asked for many recommendations from food to bookstores and received multiple choices for each one and was not disappointed. I am now living in Vietnam and plan...

The personnel is very helpful with fixing anything for the comfort of your stay, for exemple i had my bike with me and by the rules you can't park it on the street in nighttime...

Situated near to Old Quarter, your Weekends are going to be abuzz and if you are a shopping freak, this the best place...

Our return to Hanoi was 2 days after the trip to Sapa. The room at Ritz was full and we were offered a free upgrade to the nicer room at their sister hotel. Nice, big and clean room next to the night market and Ho Chi Minh mausoleum. The breakfast in their rooftop restaurant was excellent with beautiful street views....

Stayed at this hotel 2 times. The rooms are not very big, but that is not strange for a hotel near the old centre of Hanoi. Everything was nice and very clean, beds are very soft. Staff was very friendly and the included breakfast is a small buffet with enough to choose from. Rooms are complete with AC, TV, water...
