I've stayed in this hostel with my parents and we had a private room with shared bathroom. The staff at check in was kind and helpful. We had a room on 4th floor and i have to say that was quite a challenge as there is no elevator. Do not go there if you need peace and quiet at night...

Stayed here for 2 nights in a private room with shared bathroom. Bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean! Great location for socializing but the hostel itself was quiet! Very good Wifi and the staff were happy to help with anything we needed!

I stayed here alone, also with a friend a few times and was made to feel so welcome through out the day and night. The staff are especially thoughtful and will certainly make sure your stay in Hanoi is the best time of your life, I most definitely felt at home here. They have motorbike rentals for a VERY good...

We booked one day before and when we arrived (after 10 ours in a sleeping bus) they didn't have any towels to give us. We decided to move to an other hotel and We also had to argue for cancelling our reservation. We didn't sleep there so I cannot say how the room was, but I don't recommend the hotel.

Very friendly staff, you can let them know if you want to sleep up or down so they gibe you the bed you prefer. Not very buisy. Free breakfast and clean toilets.very nice beds with good blankets. I had a really nice stay for three days. Its not a party hostel.

They helped me book a tour to Halong Bay (which was got messed up but NOT BY THEM - instead they resolved the entire thing for me), escorted me to a shop to buy a sim card, booked 2 sleeper bus tickets, and consistently checked in with...

The hostel looks more like a hotel, the price is good but the bed linens are musty, the room is tiny and the bathroom dirty and the breakfast is only coffee or tea and the attendant did not know to explain whether or not he had food. In one of the nights in our private room, we forget to lock...
