Stayed 2 nights on a whistle stop tour of Vietnam. Bang for buck, best place I've stayed during my 2 month tour of SE Asia. Rooms tidy and well laid out, clean etc. Nothing spectacular really but good value for money. It's really the service and staff that stood out. For a hotel in the $30-$40 per night category they...

We stayed at Art Boutique for one night prior to our Halong Bay cruise, and then a 4 nights after our cruise. Kevin and Pham were very welcoming, and looked after all our needs during our stay. We left some of our luggage at the hotel while we went to Halong Bay and near by Ninh Binh; this wasn’t an...

Excellent position, not expensive and Ruby at the front desk is absolutely PERFECT!! She helped us with everything, was very kind and booked an amazing tour in the Halong Bay. There is not a great variety of food for breakfast, but you can order one thing from the menu (pancakes, noodles, etc) for free and this is something I've never...

Friendly, accomodating and helpful staff from front desk to housekeeping. They made every effort to find out where they could improve their services and listened to what I had to say. Will definitely come back here. My room was good, clean and the bed is soft. The hotel is also within walking distance from the army museum, the lake, and...

Great spot to stay in the old quarter - everything you want from a small hotel. The staff are the real stars, providing absolutely exceptional service and attention to detail. Their help in booking travel, transportation, and generally navigating our way around Vietnam was indispensable, and they really made us feel like we were at home.

Excellent quality, very good location in the heart of the old town, outstanding staff providing great advice and good bargain without being insistent at any time. I would definitely recommend to book the taxi at the airport through them, the organization is excellent and provides you with a great peace of mind when you arrive in that busy airport of...
