My wife and I had an enjoyable 4-night stay at Paradise Boutique Hotel in late Nov 2016. The staff is welcoming and very friendly. We were upgraded to a suite (Room 209) with a balcony overlooking busy Hang Bac street...taking off 1 star for this as the street is quite noisy especially on the weekends. The room does have insulated... More

The rooms are clean, the breakfast above average and the location is excellent. But this does not even begin to tell the story of our stay at the Paradise Boutique Hotel. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted warmly and taken care of like we were part of the family. Linda, the day manager, was phenomenal.... More

Very good service and Excellent location. Stayed in a deluxe with window at level 5. Though it was located right smack in the busy town of old quarter but once you step into the room its cozy and quiet. Breakfast was good as well.

Booked a suite on 7/F (there is an 8th floor but the lift only goes to 7/F) with deck at rear of building. Situated in the heart of the old quarter (Hoan Kiem) between the Red River, Hoan Kiem and West Lakes. Clean hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Hang Bac street is very noisy, however this hotel has excellent... More

We booked the superior breakfast room here for one night prior to going to halong bay. The hotel is ideally located in old quarter Hanoi, about 40 minutes from the airport (cost us 400,000 dong for taxi from airport to hotel), and is within walking distance to pretty much everything (street food, 30 min walk from one pillar pagoda). The... More

This has to be one of the best hotel choices I ever made for any of my trips. I read good reviews, and got a great deal on Orbitz, but wasn't expecting much. From the first night I stayed there, my experience had been nothing but great. Great and friendly service. I was checked-in and welcomed with an excellent cup... More
