I have had the opportunity of staying at a lot of luxury hotels around the world. The Nam Hai does not disappoint, if anything it blows all the other hotels out of the water. First of all the building design, layout, lighting, music, everything has been perfectly thought out. Only to be topped by the amazing staff. Sure it's expensive,...

we were placed here via a touring company as a day room to cleanup between flights and activities. Room sizes were not bad and furnished with dark wood finishing sin truly fantastic condition. Otherwise completely average with a set of staff that really wasn't that nice to deal with. Not friendly at all. Additionally I'll go on record as saying...

I had great pleasure staying at Nam Hai for 15 nights in March 2014. Ms Thahn Loan & staff were always very helpful and friendly. My room with balcony was excellent and location is good. In 2013 I stayed on Ma May st which I enjoyed but this hotel location means access to all without the narrow streets meaning easier...

Breakfasts were good, coffee was Vietnamese style. The staff friendly, helpful and fluent in English as usual. Clean, soft comfortable beds, elevator and in a great location. Very inexpensive, not much more than the backpacker pig stys but a hundred times better and quieter. I will stay here again.

After two nights at their "sister" hotel (Hanoi Style Hotel) we moved to this delightful location. It's on the edge of the Old Quarter but still very much part of the scene. The room was soooooo quiet - we slept in til 10.30am one morning! Clean, comfortable, well equipped, plenty of hot water, good service, wifi that works, facebook downstairs...

We stayed here for about 9 nights in total over the start of Tet. We booked a room for about £11 including breakfast. The 1st room we had was huge with its own computer and jacuzzi bath which unfortunately stopped working, still it was a very nice room and very grand furniture. The location is good and you can walk...

A very nice hotel which, although it is a few kilometres outside Hoi An, effectively has it's own private beach. Although it is a big hotel the service is very good and the staff helpful and attentive. Be careful of what you book though. “It is in a busy street area and the front windows go out to the street, so the higher up the better to reduce the noise. It was cold and so the windows were closed. In warmer weather the street noise may be too much to open the windows.”
