We arrived exhausted at this hotel after flying 18 hrs!! We could've slept on the floor and been happy!! The room was very small and basic but clean. The bathroom had leaked on to the floor and we called reception -- he came and said it was fine but didn't clean it up at all, so we just stepped over...

We spend only one night in this hotel but I must say it was a good experience! It's a little small but so is every other place in Hanoi. The services and comfort offered by the hotel is excellent :) I would recommend this hotel. I had a wonderful time

This hotel, like most of the places in Hanoi, is not wide, but it makes up for that with good positioning , great helpful staff and a delicious breakfast. The lake is just 7 minutes away, as are many of the other attractions including bun cha alley. This was a great place to start a journey through Vietnam.

Stayed for five nights on our return trip to Hanoi. The hotel is/was undergoing renovations on this visit and it did somewhat distract from our visit. The rooms we booked were large enough but very "sterile" One of the reasons why we chose to revisit this hotel was because of its charm and quaintness, which seems to be lost with...

This hotel was booked with the help of the local travel agent. The hotel is very close to Hoan Kiem Lake (15 minutes walking distance). Our stay included breakfast buffet. They served baguette, white toast, ham and cheese, cereals. They also served local style breakfast such as pho, rice porridge and also stirred vegetables or meat. So you don't have...

It was not bad, but not good either. Because it was under renovations it was impossible to stay in the room in the daytime. The location is so-so since you need to walk some to the lake area but there is lots of good local restaurants around.

Stayed 1 night but wished we had stayed longer. Location of the hotel is still in the Old Quarter, but further from the lake area. But along the street is all the good street eating areas, particularly Pho 49 at Dat Ban. While the lobby was so so, but the rooms were huge! Could easily fit in 4 persons. The...

Excellent location in the Old Quarter - rooms were very spacious with good beds. Breakfasts were fabulous, staff were friendly and attended quickly to our needs. Easy walk to shopping, water puppets and Hanoi prison and History Museum.

I stayed at Quoc Hoa for a 2 night visit to Hanoi. I was very happy with the property. Room was clean, comfortable, and functional. There was even complimentary fresh fruit in my room. The staff were very helpful and breakfast buffet was very good and the rooftop (enclosed) location allowed for nice views of neighborhood as I ate. Internet...
