We ended up checking this hotel as our neighboring spotted hotel was full. What a great move, no regrets at all! We found a little gem, nicely located close to the life of Hanoi old quarter yet so quiet, especially the rooms at the back that were our favourites (we came back again after a Halong/Bai tu long bay tour...

The staff are all; nicely dressed, very polite, sincere, and make a lot of effort to ensure you are taken care of. This is one of my most enjoyable...

Very affordable and value for money. I would recommend this hotel to any friends who visit Vietnam. Service wise is definitely up to expectation considering the price. I was upgraded to executive suite for free.
