Having spent a couple of weeks in Hanoi, I can't think of a better location than this hotel, you literally just walk out straight onto Hoan Kiem lake in the Old Quarter but at the same time it is also on a quieter side street....More

By the time I'd gotten my visa, cleared customs and gotten to the hotel, it was well after 11 pm. I just wanted to check in, shower and get to sleep. I was taken up to my pricey Lakeview Room on the 7th floor. As...More
This is a great hotel right in the heart of the city. I was fortunate to be able to stay on the top floor (for at least 2/4 days - it seems to be popular with travelers!), with an amazing view over the lake from...More

Hi Kim, sorry I am unable to post answer with an email address due to regulation that Links or contact information of any kind may not be included in questions or answers, but if you search for the hotel by name & go to their website, you can select contact on the home page & send a message to them from there.
As I suggested in my review, request room 901, it is a bit more expensive @ $55 USD a night & you do have to walk up a short flight of stairs as the lift does not go any further than the 8th floor, but in my opinion the view of the lake is worth it. Please be advised though that when we went & I doubt that it has changed, breakfast is in a small room on the ground floor. We also arranged for the hotel to pick up & drop off at the airport. At the time it cost us $18 USD each way.
Hope you have a great time & if you have any further questions please ask.
