This hotel is really close to the lake and the shopping area but is also nestled in a side street which reduces some of the noise. The rooms are huge.....some have 2 double beds and a balcony at a great price. The best thing is...More
We were very pleased to stay at this hotel as the staff is very welcoming, helpful and friendly.
The location is great as we were just near the lake and the old quarter.
The room is spacious and the breakfast is very good.

A very good hotel in the heart of Hanoi's old quarter. The rooms are very clean, well equipped and quiet. The staff is very friendly and make sure that you'll have a pleasant stay. I'll return to this hotel when I return next year.

Hi Kim, sorry I am unable to post answer with an email address due to regulation that Links or contact information of any kind may not be included in questions or answers, but if you search for the hotel by name & go to their website, you can select contact on the home page & send a message to them from there.
As I suggested in my review, request room 901, it is a bit more expensive @ $55 USD a night & you do have to walk up a short flight of stairs as the lift does not go any further than the 8th floor, but in my opinion the view of the lake is worth it. Please be advised though that when we went & I doubt that it has changed, breakfast is in a small room on the ground floor. We also arranged for the hotel to pick up & drop off at the airport. At the time it cost us $18 USD each way.
Hope you have a great time & if you have any further questions please ask.
