We booked here in advance however due to someone being sick our room was not available for 1 night (3 sleeper) so we were upgraded to rising dragon 2. The friendly man took us in taxi and sorted everything out When we went back to Hanoi a few days later we booked here. Our train arrived at 5am and it...

Nice location close to the lake . Room was ok and clean, and you get a choice of one cooked item for breakfast which is good ( from noodle soup and banana pancake to eggs and bread) . There is no lift and the staircase well served as a storage room for matresses and pillows. Very noisy early morning when people...

When you visit Hanoi and choose a hotel, it's all about location - you want to be in the middle of the French Quarter, and Rising Dragon Hotels are excactly that! After arriving to Hanoi we checked in to Rising Dragon Hotel 1 (There are 4 of them; 1 is cheapest, 4 is brand new..) Choose whichever you like, according...

We used Trip advisor to plan our trip with our 12 month old son and booked one night here to try it out. Ended up staying here for about 10 days and enjoyed everything. Tour salespeople don’t hound you, clean rooms with good pillows and nice sized baths. Reception is friendly and helpful. I only regret that we did not...

Now what does this have to do with your room. Well, the ambition, the wish to please, the intelligent and perceptive attempt to grace your stay with home felt care and attention....

It was our first trip in Hanoi and we were not sure about everything. We''ve ordered our accomodation through email. Everything was wonderfull!!! Pick-up service cheaper than aeroport rates. The hotel has very good location. Our trips to Halong Bay and Sapa were ordered through Rising Dragon and were very good organized. But most of all we liked people who...

I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the Rising Dragon Hotel. From the sheer professionalism of the entire staff to its beautifully clean room, its generous breakfasts and the smiling welcomes it was without doubt the best hotel in which we stayed during our two months in Vietnam.

After a long uncomfortable ride on the train I arrived in Hanoi before sunrise. It took awhile to locate the taxi driver arranged through the hotel. Thankfully he was found and Rising Dragon was too. On arrival, the hotel was full and too early to check-in. The manager was welcoming and made me feel comfortable offering breakfast before check-in and...

My visit in the Rising Dragon Hotel was a pleasure. Anything I asked for was done. I had to leave hotel at 3 am and all staff was awake and helped me with everything. And during my second (very short) stay in HaNoi I needed to find some places in the city and to leave my luggage in some safe...
