This excellent and beautiful hotel in the old quarter is as good as you can get it for your money. The place is clean, the food (we had breakfast there every day) is incredible and the staff... ohhh, the staff!!! They are the warmest and nicest people you can get in this town!

Great little hotel in Hanoi's busy Old Quarter. The hotel is situated in a narrow alley just off a busy side street. Cars cannot access the alley so you will have to walk the 30m from the street to the hotel entrance. Hotel staff will be happy to assist you if you have luggage. The rooms are a good size...

This is a great hotel with good staff and excellent location. It's not 5 stars expensive or 5 star experience, but very comfortable and clean. We love the location. We walked everywhere from the hotel. We love most of the staff. Leo, the front desk even package breakfast on the go for us since our flight was at 7 am....

This is a lovely small and comfortable central hotel up a tiny characterful alley in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Excellent friendly English speaking staff who were very helpful both prior to and during our stay. Highly recommended...

Stayed there for the first two nights in Vietnam, in a double room with twin beds. Room was large and nicely decorated, unfortunately we had a view towards a wall from our window. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, they really took their time to give us a lot of information on directions, safety, traffic, sights, restaurants and...

Having read good reviews about this hotel so we booked 2 nights there. Our deluxe room was next to the staircase on the 1st floor (above the ground floor). It gets very very noisy late at night when the staff was preparing for the next morning breakfast buffet. You can hear people talking, phone ringing, door slamming, etc. The room...

We stayed here either side of our trip to Halong Bay. The hotel is in a good location in the old quarter but is still very quiet being down a little side street. Our rooms were lovely - very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating - their instructions on how to get around safely in Hanoi...

Couldn't have asked for better. David and his staff couldn't do enough for us, everybody went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They organised pick up/drop offs at the airport, a trip to Halong Bay, welcomed us with drinks and talked us through a map of the best attractions. Rooms were large, stylish and comfortable with every...

This is a small boutique hotel in a great location. It is in a great spot in the Old Quarter which is where everything is happening in Hanoi. The room was lovely and clean. The staff were friendly and the breakfasts were great. We stayed here for a few days before our Halong Bay cruise and then returned here afterwards....

My husband and I stayed here on two separate occasions as we travelled around Vietnam. Both times we were incredibly happy with our room - spotlessly clean, beautifully well-appointed and quiet. The location is about as good as it gets: right in the heart of the Old Quarter but tucked down a little alley. This creates just enough of an...
