I was there for over a month and I loved this hotel. Comfortable. Clean. Good breakfast. Great location. Lot of nice restaurant in the area and a short walk to many tourist attractions and the very center of town (where it's very busy and much noisier than it is around Hanoi Street Hotel). Super friendly staff too! They were so...

I don't know why the reviews for this hotel are so positive—this hotel is tired, old and shabby. It's actually quite awful. It felt dirty, even though my room was cleaned every day. Lights were broken, light switches didn't work, and the positioning of the power outlets made it almost impossible to charge my appliances. The TV didn't work. There...

Good hotel for the price. Breakfast was quite good, I recommend the fruit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good location right in the Old Quarter. Would recommend for people on a budget.

Rooms are standard, pretty decent size for this price and are clean. Within walking distance to the center. Airport pickup was easily arranged and worked like a charm. Breakfast was pretty basic but good. We had a good time here.

Very friendly staff and nice clean rooms. Located in a great area of the Old Quarter where it's more of a walking street so not as busy as others. We only stayed one night as next door was doing construction.

We stayed two nights total at the Hanoi Street Hotel during two separate visits to the city. Both times, our gracious host was incredibly helpful and welcoming - it was a great way to be welcomed to Vietnam. Our host aided us in booking transport out of the city, provided advice on sights, and even loaned us an umbrella before...

We started our trip in Vietnam in this lovely hotel. They kindly arranged our taxi from the airport. The staff is really friendly and the rooms are clean. It has been one of the neatest hotels we visited during our trip. They serve a lovely breakfast, I would really recommend the fresh fruits with yogurt. Besides all of that, the...

Originally we only meant to stay one night here, but then after a trip to Sapa we decided to book another two nights in this lovely hotel as we liked it so much! Affordable place, the MOST friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, good wifi connection, nice breakfast, the list goes on! Thoroughly enjoyed the short time we...

This is a good value hotel, we stayed for 3 nights and it was pretty good value for money. We paid a half day of stay (more expensive than the online rate with Agoda) so that we could check out late. Call me a mental but if you pay for half a day extra that's about 12 hours extra. We...

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to the main streets, great food streets, and places to visit, but what I found was the best during my stay was the service. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. All speak good english so communicating is no trouble. Also, if you want to book tours,...
