A perfectly central-placed hotel in Hanoi with kind, professional and extremely helpful service. Rooms are very clean, and breakfast is nice and tasteful. The staff is amazing - they are capable of helping in every imaginable situation. We got our luggage stored while going on a 3-day trip, and it was kept safely and free the entire time. We also got amazing advice on what to see and eat in Hanoi during our stay. Hanoi Chic Boutique Hotel is highly recommended!

The location of this hotel is excellent and considering that it is on a busy street in the Old Quarter, the rooms are quiet. The breakfast room maybe a little small, but the food and in particular the made to order meals very tasty. The staff is awesome from the women organizing the breakfast room to an amazing group on the reception desk. Anna is a gem, she organized train tickets for me after helping to organize a day trip to Halong Bay and transfer on to Nimh Binh. If you are looking for a pleasant stay at a value for money hotel in the Old Quarter this is the place.

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. Room was VALUE for money. It was clean. Sheets and towels were changed everyday. We arrived around 3AM and their reception was 24hrs so we didn’t have a problem checking in. The staff (I forgot to get his name) explained all the things we have to remember upon check-in. We were always looking forward for the breakfast since the meals were served fresh and we like the “cook to order” meals that they have too. My mom LOVED their omelette. Kitchen staff were nice as well.

We have spoken with Anna a couple of times and she’s been friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Will definitely come back next time.

This hotel was lovely and we wished we had spent more time in this one. The room was huge and they kindly put an extra bed in the room so our boys could have a bed each, there was still lots of room even with the extra bed.
Lovely comfy beds, Tv with good selection of cable channels which came in handy when our little one was poorly for a few days, nice bathroom, all the amenities needed, water replenished daily and room kept lovely and clean. Breakfast was good, you could order eggs, pancakes etc and they had a good selection of fruit, bread to make toast etc. We also had a fantastic balcony to this room, really spacious and great to sit out with a drink in the evening watching the world go by. (good pub across the road)
The staff here are fantastic (especially the lady on the front desk who's name I have forgot sorry) and all are really helpful, she helped with booking trips, very knowledgeable and helpful, if we ever return to Hanoi this would be the place we would book again, definitely recommend.

We stayed 5 nights at Hanoi Chic. The service was excellent, they were great at planning, giving guidance on things to do in Hanoi, booking us into tours etc. we didn't have to worry about a thing. The room and facilities were very clean and I always felt safe there. The breakfast was great, you can have a buffet of Asian or western food plus they make you anything you like off the menu. The location is really good and Hanoi chic is surrounded by so many great food and coffee spots. I would recommend this hotel to a variety of travelers.

I recently stayed at The Hotel and had a wonderful experience, thanks to the exceptional staff, especially David. I had rented a motorbike in Hanoi, and when it came time to return it, I struggled to find the shop. David went above and beyond to help me. He not only located the shop for me but also personally spoke to the shop owner to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Because of his assistance, I was able to return the bike and retrieve my passport without any issues.

The entire staff at The Hotel is incredibly helpful and amazing. They are always polite, smiling, and ready to assist with anything you need. The breakfast spread is also impressive, offering a variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and friendly atmosphere. Thank you, David, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

Hotel room was clean and tidy. It was overlooking the roadway and right next to a back packers/bar so we thought it may get a little noisy with the traffic etc but it was pretty good in the end. The small restaurant had minimal seating so if everyone eats at a similar time then there is not enough seating for everyone but you can take meals back to the room if you prefer. The breakfast timings are generous too - between 6:30am and 10am so that helps with this issue too. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions about things to do. I would stay there again.

The hotel is centrally located in the Old Quarter and has everything you need - comfy bed, fridge, aircon, breakfast etc…

But to chime in with other reviewers it’s the staff that really make this place wonderful. Everyone there was friendly, welcoming and very kind - I felt very looked after, which is exactly what I needed on my first days in Vietnam.

Anna and the team are so helpful, booking airport pick ups, answering silly questions, and just generally up for a friendly little chat. Anything you need they’ll be happy to help - and I wished I had booked my activities, for example my Halong Bay tour with them because I have a feeling they know the best ones.

Overall I had a wonderful stay and cannot thank the staff enough!

My recent trip to Vietnam was great and the hospitality was wonderful! I flew from Chiang Mai to Hanoi in February and was greeted at the airport with a cab driver with a sign with my name on it to take me to the hotel coordinated by the Hotel Staff (Rose). After settling in I met Ana desk greeter and Wah baggage handler and helper and other employees all helpful many spoke English. Rose helped me coordinate the tours in Vietnam Sa Pa, Ha Long Bay, Tom Coc,and Da Nang with excellent logistics, cab rides, tour guides, train rides, and hotel accommodations. She did this out of the goodness of her heart to make sure my visit to Vietnam was pleasant. I was always greeted by the staff with a smile and warm welcome at the Chic Boutique Hotel and everywhere else I traveled. I never had to wait and wonder if my ride was coming as it was scheduled with flawless logistics. The hotel rooms are great and quiet for the old quarter of Hanoi. Breakfast was also good. I highly recommend The Hanoi Chic Boutique Hotel for your stay and also Rose will help you with your tours and help determine your interests as well.
Thanks again to all @ Chic Boutique Hotel.❤️

I can't say enough good things about this hotel and its staff. The location is perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and enough to carry you through the day. And the service was over and above expectation. The managers, Anna and Rose, were amazing. Even before we arrived, they arranged our Ha Giang Loop tour with great detail and care. Once we arrived, they were both totally accommodating with car reservations, directions, shopping and eating suggestions, and even personal errands. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hanoi!!
