A calm, friendly and clean hotel with space to relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the City. Great Spa, food and service. The staff some very good English and gave us great tips for out and about in Hanoi. I would stay here again.

The hotel building is synonymous with the majority of buildings in Vietnam, not very wide but deep, don't be put off by first appearance. It is conveniently situated at the start of the old quarters and a stone throw away from the lake. All staff at the hotel were very friendly, helpful and informative. We booked what was supposed to...

Having just stayed at this hotel for 3 days, I actually signed up for TripAdvisor so that I could express my great thanks and pass on high recommendations for this hotel. The location is perfect as it's about a 1 minute walk to the lake which has great sunsets and delicious restaurants. We also booked 2 tours through the hotel...

Lovely hotel not in the best part of Hanoi, however, once you enter the hotel you completely forget about the outside We received an amazing welcome with drinks and traditional sweets and the excellent service carried on throughout the stay. The room was beautiful and everywhere was very clean

Hanoi was our first destination in Vietnam. We selected the Oriental Suites Hotel & Spa based on the excellent reviews it had already accumulated. They did not disappoint. The hotel is situated on one of the main roads in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Everywhere in the Old Quarter was in easy walking distance - as was the French Quarter....

The hotel is located in a great spot, perfect for exploring. The staff are friendly and welcoming. My comments would be, the hotel is average, I would give it 3 stars. The rooms are clean and comfortable but nothing special. The price is reflected in what you get. Saying that, it's hard to find great hotels in Vietnam, and this...

Our stay at the Oriental Suites Hotel & Spa was flawless. This Hotel was our quiet getaway from a very very busy city. The staff was very friendly and helpful with planning our stay in Hanoi. The Hotel is brand new, so you can expect very clean facilities. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious! Marion and Sean

I booked one night in a double room which is compact and without window. It is well decorated and very clean. However the service is exceptional which made this a superb stay. We arrived late, 9pm from Cambodia, and wanted to get a pizza delivered. The hotel ordered it, paid for it first and had it delivered to our room....

This hotel is well located right in the Old/French Quarter. The room we had booked was a suite however it looks out over the adjacent street, which is very busy with car, bike and pedestrian traffic so we asked to be moved. The room we stayed in for 3 nights was a deluxe room with twin beds; cosy would be...
