Way better than those air bnb that i had booked before i decided to come back to hcmc and stayed at Sherwood. The receptionist and their team are professional. Told the house keeper there was some leaking from ac. Their technicians came and problem solved right away with in 20 mins. Old school furnitures but all well maintained and super clean. Not just that the condos are close to everything. 20 mins from international airport, 5 mins to district 1. The street are super crowded during rush hours but all one way make it easier. I have 3 boys 11, 9 and 3. They all love that place. It feel like home. There are pool and kids play room my little guy loves it. It super convenient location. My family and I will definitely recommend to friends and family who are going to visit Hcm c. …

From the moment we had the doors opened for us into the beautiful lobby we were wowed, and that continued when shown to our beautiful fully equipped apartment. The pool area second to none. The service was exceptional and all with beautiful attitudes and big smiles. Can't thank them enough for such a fantastic experience. Would recommend Sherwood Residence 200%. If ever back in Saigon this is where I would stay.

Great hotel for a family - good location, clean and spacious. Easy to get a Grab from, and a good coffee shop over the road. The only let down was the restaurant which was sub par - but lots of choices nearby.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. There were washer and dryer though need to purchase detergent on own. Safe area, close to many restaurants, convenient store and shopping center. Overall a pleasant experience and we will stay here again next time!

The stay at the Sherwood Residence was great. The images on the apartment were very accurate and the facilities are great. The staff were very helpful and also spoke many languages and were happy to listen to whatever you needed. The pool was amazing and lots of options for the kids to be safe in playing the games area. I would stay here again with the family.

Always got greeted by most friendly and polite staffs. Room was spacious and super clean. Noise isolation is great, because I could not hear any thing from outside. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Full kitchen is very useful. Broken appliances got immediate attention and replaced if needed. House cleaning staff is trust worthy, I once forgot my money on the table, and they asked me to take my money before they started cleaning. House cleaning team did a great job and fast. AC in all the rooms worked well. Once the hallway got some paint chemical smell, I notified the front desk and it got resolved within 10 minutes. I was very impressed. Wifi and water were never an issue. The location is convenient. I could walk to every where. Love those coffee shops across the street. Needless to say, I extended my stay from 1 week to almost 4 weeks. Definitely will stay again in the future.…

Perfect place for our family. The apartment was huge (three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living, dining, kitchen and separate room for storage and laundry). Service was always friendly and helpful. Room service, pool, steam bath, table tennis and pool billard, international TV channels were great 👍

Second time staying at Sherwood Residence and have no regrets doing so. (I was here before in 2014) All the staff were lovely and the room was spacious and clean. Had a minor issue with my room but in hindsight probably not something I should have complained about so I won't specify what it was. Nonetheless they offered another room and to my surprise even gave me a room upgrade! Don't be too concerned about the location given its so easy now to catch a Grab and get to where you want to go for a few dollars (markets, shopping centres, etc.). I feel safer here than at the hotels right in the thick of things so it's an easy trade off for me. Book Sherwood Residence, you won't regret it.
