The hotel organised our transfer from the airport but no one was there to greet us which was a bit disappointing. Our room was clean and comfortable. There is a rooftop pool which was refreshing after a busy day exploring. The breakfast had a good variety. The location of this hotel is very good. It is situated across the road from the Independence Palace and a short walk to the Ben Thanh markets, the War Remnants Museum and lovely restaurants.

The location is excellent and the rooms are spacious with good maintenance and daily cleaning. Reception staff are very good, very helpful and get things done. The breakfast is fine for asians but lacks choice for western clients. Choice of fruits is very limited. The rose cafe, in the foyer, I wouldn't waste your time. Service was poor and indifferent. Almost too much trouble to serve you. long waits once your order is taken. Overall, average.

Location is spot on for walking around. Lovely hotel with a really nice pool to cool off as it was really hot when we were there. Was nice to sit by the pool at night and watch all the lights from buildings over a beer. We had two rooms for 4 nights, rooms were great, quite a large step to get into the bath for the shower, but rooms a good size, towels changed daily and a comfy bed. Exactly what we needed. We all had space to move. The breakfast is very good and a good variety to choose from. Staff were very friendly. You do get noise from some local night clubs and I am a light sleeper, but was so tired after a day exploring, that it was not a problem and would not put me off staying here again. The location was so convenient and local convenience stores nearby, coffee shops and eateries. Big thumbs up from my family. …

This hotel was great for many reasons and the #1 reason was location location. You’re in walking distance to all the attractions. The staff were friendly, helpful, and overall great service. There is someone at the front desk 24 hours. We stayed in the panorama room which was spacious with its own separate living room and fridge. Great views of the city. House keeping amazing everyday. Breakfast was awesome with some great choices for everyone. There is a soup station and a different soup every morning. Roof top pool with a bar. Loved this hotel and would come back here again.

The Hotel services was good but in the night time , there was too noisy from a construction buiding next door. We seemed to be not sleep all night. The receptionist did not tell us that one when we checked in. We will come back if that buiding done.

The hotel is located in an area full of nightclubs. The window glass is so thin that you can hear loud music in your room all night long. The hotel solution was to give us earplugs, which still didn’t isolate from the disco’s music. Never again. I would suggest the hotel to not rent the room(s) affected by this problem until resolved

3 night stay here. Park view room is nothing special, really. The room is clean enough and the facilities are okay. The waitress in the rooftop bar/restaurant needs a personalty transplant as she is constantly miserable and slow, to the point of ignorance. The lifts are so slow, and the room windows are single, not double glazed, so expect the road noise that comes with that. I wouldn't stay here again.

Central location and excellent views of the city, we could walk to a lot of the main attractions of the city with ease and the amenities were nice. The restaurant provided a nice breakfast buffet that tasted fresh. Did note it got loud at times even on the 10th floor.

Right across the street from the Independence Palace and just 3-4 walking blocks from the Central Market it is perfect choice if you are a tourist. Good-sized rooms, excellent internet connection, solid breakfast buffet.

Old style but tidy hotel in a great part of town with easy walk to top spots in District 1 . Helpful staff and good breakfast. City view rooms on upper floor at reasonable rates and had a great vista over HCM skyline. Pool on roof was clean but looked a bit unloved and also rooftop bar also with great view. Shower over bathtub was big step to get in and you had to be careful. We would consider staying again if in HCM city.
