This is my seventh stay at Hotel Kim. It is a lovely friendly hotel situated in the heart of District One but saying that the rooms are very quiet at night. Miss Ly and Miss Thanh are a credit to their boss and are fantastic staff who forever go above and beyond. This hotel is superb and great value for money. Well done!!

Stayed at this hotel five times and its an excellent central base from which to explore the city and beyond.The hotel is kept spotlessly clean by their wonderful staff,Ly,Vang and Truc who speak excellent English and are so helpful.The rooms are fine and ac works well.Iwould highly recomend this hotel.

Stayed 3 nights at Kim hotel. The staff are so wonderful, they are smiley, always welcome you and say good night. The room was very clean, the most clean I have ever seen! I would highly recommend staying here. Super close to bùi viện walking street and the side street Kim hotel is on has lots of good cheap food choices. There is a cute wee rooftop area above the hotel for chilling at the end of the night. The staff booked all our tours as well as our bus to the next destination. Happy new year! We will be back for sure 😃

Very comfortable and friendly hotel in the middle of the action with elevator and room balcony option. I think I have stayed here 4 times now and have always found the staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Good location in a quieter laneway (no car access) with plenty of bar and food options around. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with all the facilities needed including aircon and fan, safe and on-suite with bath. I ill be returning in February 2020 to stay. Thoroughly recommend.

For the price charged I gave five point ---it is a good, clean, hotel -- down a side street--- so away from traffic/party noise but close enough to walking street and the cafe /rest/bar/massage scene. The girls running the place were so helpful --booked a couple of tours --gave me directions for best exchange rates and arranged motorbikes and taxis for me all with big genuine smiles It has a lift (oh Joy) full aircon-- serviced everyday --no restaurant but have so many places around --no probs -- they also have a couple of special offers if using close by restaurants and a Hotel across the road does a few dollars deal to use the pool cab from airport arranged will cost about US$13(AU$17) --- in Dong a 3 with a million zeros hahah --If you are looking for good middle of the road accommodation with honest charges for tours and taxis this place is great …

Stayed for two days. Great price, friendly staff and perfect location. AC was a boon to beat the heat and recover from the days adventures. Rooftop patio area very charming, perfect place to sit out a storm. Close walk to everything you need, literally a block from the heart of the backpackers district party area, yet also super quiet. Beds are very firm, so watch out if you need a soft sleeping surface. Would highly recommend otherwise.

Don’t ever go here, as a foreigner, this guy is a total prick, I was walking down Bui Vien and stopped in to see the menu, this man came to me and told me nothing for you! No sale! We stayed in Kim Hotel for 3 nights in February 2018. Hotel is in a great location, central to everything you need to see and within walking distance to Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Square Centre and lots of other shops. Shopping in Saigon was very good. The area of the hotel is in party central, so we had lots of choices for dining out and entertainment. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant which didn't bother us. The room had a balcony which was handy as my friend is a smoker. The room was basic, but clean. AC worked fine. Very good value for the price we paid. The room has a safe, but we weren't able to use it because it would only accept the passcode the hotel staff provided. Therefore the safe was useless. Hotel staff were very friendly, though I wish they had better English. It was almost impossible to understand what they were saying. Luckily, we didn't have much complications during our stay, except for trying to figure out how the safe works. Therefore communication with the staff was minimal. Stayed in the Kim Hotel for 3 nights 22/12/17 - 25/12/17. Hotel was in a great location, central to everything you need to see. Had a balcony room at the top of the hotel. The room was basic but clean. Hotel staff were very friendly. They have no restaurant but there are many small cheap restaurants in the alley where the hotel is located. There is also a great little roof terrace. The only downside was that my fiance left an item in the room when we left, which we only discovered when we arrived in Hoi An on the next leg of our tour of Vietnam. We had our new hotel call them and ask them to post it to our new hotel to which they said they would email me. Never received an email and when I had emailed them they never replied. Apart from that, it was a great place to stay. The area of the hotel is in party central so you may need earplugs if you want to sleep before the partying dies down.
