A sincere thank you to all of the wonderful staff, especially Ms. Nhu who went above and beyond to help us communicate in Vietnamese to our taxi driver when we lost one of our belongings. All of the staff were warm and caring throughout our 5-night stay. The facilities were in excellent condition, Wi-Fi was stable, and the breakfast was great as well. I appreciate that this boutique hotel focuses on quality and that it never felt crowded even though there were only 5-6 tables in the breakfast area next to the lobby. Location was central and near many great cafes and restaurants. Thank you and hope to be back soon!

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff are so very generous and attentive (thank you). We stayed for about 1.5 weeks and all three of us enjoyed our rooms. The breakfast is delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed the daily noodle soup menu, which changes between pho, mien and more. We also received great recommendations for meals. The rooms are beautiful, equipped with all you need for a great stay. And the location is great. They’re a wonderful team. Thank you for making the stay so great.

We had a fantastic stay at the Bach Suites hotel. It was incredibly conveniently located, and served as the perfect home base during our time in Ho Chi Min City. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, too. I loved swimming in the pool at night after a long hot day outside.

The hotel is well presented with a beautiful reception and coffee / dining room. Deluxe Room stayed over a weekend and enjoyed the relaxed feel. The nearby karaoke bar was not too much of a hindrance, but ear-plugs were provided just in case. The separate bathroom was lovely with a powerful shower. All amenities well received. The bed was more than adequate, although quite hard. Breakfast was far more than expected and I enjoyed a very good pho. All day tea and coffee. The staff were exceptional and a credit to the hotel. Would happily return as it was a very welcoming establishment. Only downside was what I felt was sparse kitchen implements. Two pots, two bowls and cutlery. Not much else. No sieve for pasta, no large spoons, kitchen knives, or detergent. Thank you to all. Hope to return one day.…

From the moment we arrived we fell on love with this hotel. Part of the design group of hotels. The staff simple superb. The room was amazing loads of room and everything was taken care off. Breakfast was too good. All fay espresso a bonus and the roof top pool was an oasis after a day of exploring Saigon.

My wife and I stayed at this charming hotel for two nights. The design and style of the hotel is elegant and modern. The location was great, about a ten minute walk to the many sights. The area around the hotel has a great local vibe and is very lively at night. We had a very spacious one bedroom suite which was nicely decorated with all the amenities we needed including a large living area with an attached second bathroom. The staff was gracious and welcoming and sorry we didn’t get the name of one young lady at reception who made us the best Vietnamese ice coffees every day. The delicious breakfast was buffet style with an egg and pho station and great banh mi sandwiches. The breakfast room was small but beautifully decorated. As an added perk, the espresso machine was available 24 hours. There was also a pool on the top floor for relaxing. If you want a great spot for pizza and pasta there is a Pizza 4P’s around the corner from the hotel, super spot, reservations are recommended. Beautifully decorated hotel! A peaceful retreat from the frenetic albeit exciting city of Ho chi Minh. Room was comfortable and the pool area, though small, is pretty and it looks like they ate doing some work perhaps to add a rooftop bar?. The breakfast room is also small but very beautiful and we enjoyed the buffet. We didn't find the noise to be an issue as some other reviewers have mentioned. Location is great even if it's not in district 1. We had stayed in another hotel in district 1 previously but this was a much nicer location in my opinion - wish we had booked here for our other stay! The only criticism I would have is that there is no power point for hairdryers in the bathroom. Staff is lovely. Would gladly stay again if we ever return to Ho Chi Minh city!

As can be expected from a Design Hotel, the stay and accommodations were splendid. From the linens and towels to the rooms furniture and lighting, the hotel was all that could be asked of a Design Hotel. And the location is perfect in District 3, so close to everything and walking distance to most. Treat yourself and stay at the Bach in HCMC.
