I stayed in this hotel for three days. I can honestly say that this is the most hospitable place in Pham Ngu Lao area. The staff are generally helpful although with a bit language barrier but they try to help you the best they can. The hotel doesn't have lift so you should prefer the 1st floor rooms. The room...

We booked last minute and we are so pleased to be accommodated and picked up from the airport . All the staff and the owner are helpful. Mr. Huy even cooked dinner for our family on our last night. Thanks for the great service!

Excellent location and extremely helpful staff! Rooms are clean and they are happy to help with organising tours too. They even allowed me to check out much later than normal check-out time. Good value for money!

Actually travelled Feb 2014, but wont let me select that option. 1st room had dirty sheets, smaller than a shoe box, fridge and air con didn't work. They changed our room for the next few nights and it was much better. Apart from the construction early starts! Breakfast was basic, but it is a budget hotel. Would I stay there...

Rooms are nice and clean. Hot and cold shower. Comfy bed and pillows. Clear Cable TV. Aircon. Great breakfast. Owner/receptionist very accommodating. Its acceptable that the owner speaks basic English but we understand each other always. The hotel can arrange for you discounted tours, van and bike rentals and can even assist you anything from the best restos in the...

Our stay at this hotel was really good. Except from a quite noisy AC, we didn't have anything to complain about. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean and both fridge, AC, wardrobe and free (working!!!) wi-fi was included. It was located in the "backpackerdistrict", and therefore there was a lot of restaurants, cafes and...

Room is small & quite cramped, but everything worked OK. Air conditioning was great, shower was good & it was clean. Shortcomings are no lift - & stairs can be a pain with a suitcase or even backpacks if lugging them up to the 5th floor. Breakfast was included & was fine. Staff very helpful. If you want to pay...

Good hotel, friendly, helpful staff, and in a great District 1 location. They organised airport pick up, and Vietnamese sim and exchanged some dollars for dong when I arrived. Breakfast was fine and included. I stayed in room behind reception, to avoid climbing more stairs and it was quiet enough.
