This hotel is part of a collection of hotels acquired by the same people so it also says the 'Bizu Hotel' outside. They also own a hotel next door and one further down the road! This may be confusing so make sure you check the number of the hotel. This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Its right in the middle...

Well.. On arrival at the hotel.. We were greeted by two staff members and a giant cockroach.. The staff didn't seem too concerned by it it's presence as we were checked in. The two double bed room we stayed in was worn and tired. The bathroom was sufficient but the shower was awful. From the pictures of the hotel when...

We stayed here for 5 nights, its right in the heart of where you want to be. Staff really helpful, always telling us to keep handbag close at all times (People on the scooters have a reputation of snatching them as they fly past you) Wifi was very good. Wasn't as noisy as people are suggesting at all, we where...

The staff were rude. Its in the time of emergencies that you expect the staff to help you out. But when I called the reception for help the person on the line could not communicate in English. And I decided to stay here thinking they had a decent grasp of the language but was sadly mistaken.

We stayed here for the first couple of nights after our arrival HCMC and found it to be clean and tidy with friendly staff. The location was ideal as it was right in the middle of the backpacking area although this did mean it was quite noisy at night but that's the price of being centrally located. Overall I felt...

The location of this place is perfect for the price if (and only if) you're planning on going out each night. Otherwise, stay elsewhere. The rooms are fine (despite not having a window) and clean, and the staff are friendly...but...there's a nightclub next door that you may as well be in with how loud the music is in your room....

Overall this hotel was quite poor but at the same time the stay suited us, we were comfortable, rooms were clean, no pests. However the aircon was not working, the fans didn't do their jobs quite well either. We stayed in a room with two bunk beds, as there were three of us we had an extra bed for all...

the location is the best thing about this hotel. it is just few blocks away from where the bus passengers alight (mekong express). You don't need to ride a cab. everything you need is along the street (bui vien) from restaurants, convenience store, clubs or if you just need a chair and drink beer. We got the supreme room suite...

Location is perfect but ask for a room higher up, we had 8th floor so wasn't as loud but bass from the bars can be heard where ever you are, room was a bit worn in places which you'd expect for the price we paid! Breakfast included is simple but same as all other hotels! Friendly staff and clean linen...

My partner and I stayed at the hotel on and off for about a week and there is nothing negative I can say about our stay. The location is fantastic right in the middle of everything happening and not a far distance from the museums etc. On this main street there are plenty of travel agents so you can book...
