We don't do it often, but we sometimes enjoy a staycation downtown, and the Inter-Con is always a staple. The Executive Lounge is good value and our attentive friend, Thomas, made sure we were very well looked after. Could not recommend more! Of course, we will be back!

I am writing to express my gratitude for the outstanding service that I received during my stay at the intercontinental in Vietnam . The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was impeccable, and the amenities were top-notch. I would like to give a special mention to Mr Justin Malcom and his team in club lounge and downstairs in the restaurant who provided exceptional service throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond was truly remarkable. Really good stay! A true testament to the brand of intercontinental, and wonderful Vietnamese hospitality. The hotel was very very well l Oates- at the heart do Distrixt 3, walking distance feom Most places- the war remnants museum, post office Opera House, restaurants, bars. Shopping, etc. Many Malls such as Diamond plaza, Vincom Center. Parkson plaza area are closeby, as are premium stores such as LV, Dior , etc on Dong Khoi street. Breakfast is great, food quality excellent. It does not ahve much entertainment though- it’s more of a straightforward, plush no nonsense hotel.

This is my second visit to this wonderful property and will not be the last. Very professional staff who are always organised. The lobby is spacious with a beautiful area to enjoy a coffee and listen to the wonderful piano player. I chose a corner view room, which was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great view towards the city and a few famous landmarks. The bathroom is large and luxurious, with their focus on reducing wastage commendable. Breakfast was excellent and varied with very attentive service. In-room dining is reliable and excellent food at reasonable prices. Perfectly grilled steak being a highlight. The gym is modern and well equipped with a pleasant pool area. Thank you to all for another wonderful stay.
