Good Location. Breakfast is ok. Swimming pool area is small. Tea break is good. Room service is good. Staff is friendly especially ms Jessica. Nice food. Every is ok. Enjoy trip. Nice food in Sai Gon. Shopping is near. Can drink near. Good n good No English, breakfast tea bags? Okay we’re finished now yeah

Service was excellent! Staff very friendly. Include breakfast was delicious and the pool was devine. Would definitely recommend if staying in Ho Chi Minh. Close to local restaurants, bars and tourist attractions.

The assistants are very kind and lovely. Awesome food and great hotel rooms! Best hotel ever. I’ll definitely come here and visit back, I love this hotel for real best hotel in Vietnam you guys should definitely visit and check it out.

Very friendly staff and clean room. Great rooftop terrace, Pool and City views. Great central location in a quiet street - very good value for money. highly recommended. Also lovely afternoon tea on the 10th floor.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Ho Chi Minh! The staff were very helpful, especially Jessica in reception who was friendly and welcoming. The afternoon tea was a nice treat on arrival but would be better if there was some English tea available.

We have had a fantastic time staying at the Au Lac Charmer Hotel. Such a great position in the central area. Beautiful room, and enjoyed using the pool. And watching the sunset over the city. High lights were the tunnel’s and the Vespa at night city tour. Definitely recommend all of this.

Great hotel with lovely staff and comfortable rooms. The pool is on the rooftop with nice views. Located near lots of good food spots and the markets. Cigar shops close by for those who enjoy cigars. Would stay again.
