Very good hotel. Good location, most sightseeing and shopping was within close proximity. Good room and bathroom with toileteries. Very good breakfast. A la carte food was also very good. Very helpful staff. One of their manager's came out specifically from his cabin to help us with our taxi - we were struggling due to communication.

This Hotel was probably one of the most horrible experiences I had in my life in hotels around the world. We entered a room that was not clean at all. the toilet seat was still with urine stains. the bed sheets were dirty and with hairs of god knows who... When we tried to just take a quick shower, there wasn't any hot water at all !! and the shower faucet fell apart from the shower line. We asked to change the room, but the other room that they gave us was also stinky and not clean at all. We were one step from choosing to sleep in the street. Right before we fainted, we also saw a small lizard jumping out of the desk next to our suitcases... Eventually, we were so tired that we closed our eyes and minds and fell to sleep somehow. It could have been so funny like to be in a scene from the old comedy serios "faulty towers" if we weren't so upset and angry. We run away early in the morning and swore not to come back !! The only positive thing I can say is that they refunded us 50% of the first night and a full refund for the 2nd night that we canceled. …

Location was good and room was alright. However unfortunately there were three issues - 1) breakfast was very basic and not good for vegetarians. Need more options. 2) no free airport transfer offered. After travelling around Vietnam this was the first time we had this problem. When we contacted the hotel they wanted to charge 8x the amount a grab cost us. 3) finally on check out we were informed that one of our towels was ‘too dirty’ and we had to pay a fee as it couldn’t be washed. It had a little bit of make up on it… if they can’t wash make up off, I’m concerned what else is left on the towels. We eventually paid the fee after they ‘discounted’ it for us but we certainly wouldn’t stay there again. Reading other reviews we’ve seen were not the only ones who had this. My advice would be that okay to stay at, but not if you expect to use a towel. We’ve had such a lovely stay in Vietnam and this experience was a horrible way to end it. …

A very nice hotel in a convenient location, away from the grotty busy areas but close to the centre. Decent rooms, but ensure that you aren't on a lower floor or on the road as it can be very noisy in rush hours. Very helpful reception staff.

Our room was pretty quiet. The window were double glazed. There was a tiny bit of road/party noise for sensitive sleepers. The hotel was also a good walking distance from sights of interest. The wifi was good too. Beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good. But the shower/bath was a bit high to step into. There wasn't much at the breakfast buffet for vegans. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Hotel has a great location. Rooms are clean and spacious, but soundproof is not good enough since you can hear a lot of noise from the other rooms and outside (if you have a room with a street view). Staff is very polite. Breakfast is good enough but could be a little better for the price you pay.

Nice location! Walking distance to the center of Saigon without being too overwhelmed by street noise. Close to several bus stops. Friendly staff, clean hotel with delicious breakfast. Will stay here again once we are back.

The whole overall impression was not nice. The sewage smell in the lobby is awful, that did not help. Our first evening we arrived after an 7 hour delay with our flight so we were super tired and hungry. To hear upon check in that the restaurant is closed at 7:30pm!!! (because of a private event) is very guest-unfriendly. We still had to go out after such a long day of traveling. The second evening there was a big party going on on the second floor, and we had disco music till 10:30. Overall not friendly and just not kind.

We booked two nights here before leaving Vietnam. The hotel was perfect for the price. We were upgraded and had a great view. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a solid hotel at a good price.

Quite a good hotel for the price. The room is clean, amenities are good (shower, pool, lobby) and the staff are friendly. The only complaint I would have is the pool closes early (7pm), so you can’t go for a late night dip. The location is quite central to most food places, otherwise a quick Grab to District 1.
