The hotel is really good, the rooms are clean the staff are really good. Special comment on the room service staff BINH. He’s been outstanding in anticipating the need. I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and I wanted a place to chill and relax until our next flight 13 hours later and I’m really glad that I did. The property was very, very nice from top to bottom. The front desk/reception area was huge and nice, the pool was quite large with plenty of chairs and tables. The restaurant at the poolside has good food and excellent service albeit, a bit pricey but not exhorbitant. Portion sizes are very good though. Our room was a good size, with a very comfortable bed, 4 large pillows, 2 firm, 2 soft which was very nice for watching a good sized smart tv with YouTube etc. apps. The bathroom/shower area was very nice, well stocked and the water pressure was awesome could burn you out of the shower. Caution there but, sure beat a few places that we stayed that barely even had hot water. The room had plenty of power outlets and a couple usb outlets as well. The room had a mini fridge, safe and a hair drier as well. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. We were traveling on my gf’s birthday and they brought a small cake up to the room for her. Thank you for that, that was awesome and she was very happy. :) Since we were leaving at midnight and breakfast was included with our room, they even offered to give us food boxes to take with us. They also have a free airport shuttle and fast elevators. All in all, we had an amazing stay, I wish that we could have stayed a bit longer. I would most definitely stay there again and I would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks to all for a wonderful stay!!!

Me, my wife, and two children stayed here in September 2020 for 14 nights upon arrival in HCMC for mandatory quarantine. Having done 14 day quarantine in another hotel in another country before, the Holiday Inn was exceptional in comparison. From the care and effort the staff and hotel had, I would recommend this as a good option for either hotel quarantine or to stay in when visiting HCMC in the future.
I stayed in a suite + connecting room which were well kept and clean. The rooms were functional and cozy to stay in despite the long period. The hotel provided meals 3 times a day with plenty of options and decent quality. The hotel also provided laundry service, clean sheets and towels regularly, allowed delivery service, and leant us their vacuum when needed.
Big recognition to the staff that made the experience pleasant as understand these are usual circumstances for the hotel as well.

I recently stayed in this hotel, and i have to sy it was amazing, i have stayed many time in HCM for work always stopping in the city, when i got in late one night as a elite member i decied to book this hotel and was going to move the next day in to the city. This is a brand new hotel it price was excellent the rooms were set up for working or vactioning, i was upgrade to a mini suite i lived in this room in the end for 13 days it had everythink i needed including micro wave fridge. the staff were amazing the food was fantastic especially the salmon wrap WOW that was good. and when i needed help to get out of the hotel immediatly as they were closing the boarders they helped me sort things out and did not charge me for the over stay, big pool gym resturant bar lounge, i 100% will stay again when the boarders open thank you Holiday inn

We stayed in one of the suites in the lovely new Holiday Inn property situated close to Saigon international airport. We found it perfect as no one likes to have to deal with the Vietnam traffic after a flight and being situated so close it is conveniently ideal! There is a hotel shuttle pick up at the airport... so less hassle with trying to arrange transportation there! The hotel is modern, fresh and new... certainly one of the best Holiday Inn's we have experienced. We stayed in one of the suites, which included a cute open kitchenette - perfect! It was like a home away from home! Downtown is only a 30min taxi so that wasn't too bad and we actually preferred being closer to the airport! Also worth mentioning the exquisite food choices. Don't miss out on the pizza at Manja Manja restaurant! Super yummy and tasty!

I'm used to the Holiday Inns in the US being on the lower end of nice, and this hotel pleasantly surprised me. The whole decor of the hotel is modern fun, and the room was very comfortable. We arrived kind of late and ordered room service for dinner, and either we were starving or the food was really good (or both). They have a complimentary airport shuttle but they prefer if you reserve in advance. We spent a little time at the pool and it was nice, but we couldn't find any towels.
The hotel really is right by the airport, so if you're going to be exploring Ho Chi Minh City you may want to stay closer to the downtown area. However, if like us you just have one night in transit then it's a very comfortable option and a quick ride to the airport.

Very nice 5 star hotel. The property comprises 2 buildings of which 1 appears to be privately owned judging by laundry and plants hanging in balconies. Big lobby, big swimming pool and a fitness centre. Checking in and out was straightforward enough. Booked 3 nights without breakfast which cost VND350K per pax after 20% member’s discount. Most staff can communicate in English and are polite and attentive. The suite was clean, bright, nicely furnished and large with an equally large bathroom and a kitchenette but without a stove, a microwave oven was provided instead. Room comes with full toiletries, safe and 2 large TVs with multiple channels including English language channels. The attendant who helped bring up our bags however didn’t teach us how to set up the sofa bed and there were no extra bedsheets nor pillows. The bathroom sliding door got stuck and my daughter got trapped inside. Apart from this couple of glitches, this is a great hotel. The only setback is the hotel’s location. It’s quite a distance to the city centre so you need to take a cab. There’s a Lotte supermarket and a shopping mall Vincom Center on the opposite side of the road but you have to walk a distance to get across unless you don’t mind jaywalking across a 3 plus 3 lanes road.

Fair to say that no one would expect to love a stay during two weeks of quarantine, but Catherine and her staff made sure that is exactly what I did.
The stay was suburb. The rooms are clean the process into the hotel was very smooth. An additional advantage is close proximity to the airport, and so coming in on quarantine, you kind of want to get to the hotel and going quickly.
The food was good, but more so the suites had a small refrigerator and microwave. Super useful. I brought some food from the US and had fruit and similar delivered.
The food plan and meals were solid and I had more than enough to eat.
I had to do a lot of work and the space and the wifi were both excellent.
But for me the big hook why I will be back is the hotel allowed a very reasonable rental of a treadmill set up in the room for about $100 for two weeks, PLUS placing a few sets of dummbells in the room. I had great workouts and cannot thank Catherine and her team enough!!
I also hung a TRX and stretch bands over the door.

We needed a hotel close to the airport for two nights (one for our Vietnam arrival and one for our departure) and chose this hotel for it’s great location near the airport. It turned out to offer way more than we expected! The hotel is less than a year old, with spacious modern rooms. It has a beautiful, large swimming pool. Our room was extremely clean! It was very quiet, and the beds comfortable. We would seriously consider spending a longer visit in this hotel on future trips to Saigon. In fact, we wish we had planned a longer stay there this time.

Should you be arriving late or leaving early this might be a good option due to the close proximity to the airport.
The property is large, modern and the service is of the standard you would expect for a holiday inn.
They have a lovely pool area but unfortunately they don't seem to set it up for use with towels not readily available, service non-existant etc.
This surprised me because the clientele seemed to be those with a day to relax before or after travel.

Hi, it was 1,200,000 dong but if you are a IHG One member (their rewards club) it came down to 900,000 dong or about $56 AUS, depending on the exchange rate. Great value considering it included a free drink! Not sure if it's everyday but was certainly on Fri and Sat nights.
Hi, not sure if there is any restricted times. Just beside the coffee shop which is open very early, also the pool is very big and inviting, make sure you have the address clear, hard to find the holiday inn sign, cheers
