What a truly lovely hotel. Room is a great size, incredibly clean and beautifully appointed. Breakfast selection is excellent and pool bar food was also great. Service has been great throughout however a special shoutout to the impressive cocktail skills and service of Kha in the pool bar. Best margarita I’ve had in Vietnam! Thanks Kha and Trang (pool bar team). We also asked for cocktails not on their list (negroni and lychee martinis) and the team were accomodating and the cocktails excellent. Kha even offered Hendricks gin when hubby ordered a g&t with cucumber. Now that’s experience and product knowledge! Pool isn’t crazy busy (or, wasn’t for us when we were there) and was a great size and is perfect for lazing by after a hot morning out sightseeing. Only strange thing - giving us only one tea bag in the room per type of tea per day…ah…. are we meant to share a bag? :). Was easily fixed by asking housekeeping for more of course but was unusual. Would definitely stay there again without hesitation.…

A very pleasant hotel , the lobby is spacious and the bar staff very friendly . The location is great , away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet a short walk from the Reunification Palace. Crossing the road is an experience as are the grid starts from motorbikes at traffic lights. The food was good , with a huge buffet selection for breakfast , including freshly cooked. The evening meal was great, especially the seafood buffet on Friday night which included a “bucket” of wine(= bottomless glass, every time you thought you had emptied the glass it was topped up😃) We had two separate stays due to an overnight in the Mekong Delta. The hotel looked after our bags to avoid carrying everything with us. Stand out items - the Head Waiter greeted us warmly on our return after Mekong , asking how we were and where had we been. We stayed at this fabulous hotel for 5 nights. Had a rehearsal dinner for my step son's wedding in the restaurant that was very well done. Rooms were nicely designed, bed was very comfortable. The Club on 14 was inviting and staff was very attentive. Hotel is very centrally located. Mr. Revy runs a very fine establishment, his staff reflects a high level of training. Highly recommend if you are staying in Ho Chi Minh stay here.

Amazing hotel right in the centre of all the major sights. Luxuriously designed with large comfortable rooms and heavenly beds. Pool was a welcome relief from the heat. Leave time and room for the incredible breakfast.

Mai house is really a home away from home. The staff is welcoming, kind and caring. Everyone is always ready to help. The rooms. are clean and comfortable and decor is upscale. I recommend this place without hesitation. Mr. Phat the manager went above and beyond to make the guests comfortable.

I stayed here for business, over 5 weeks. I called the hotel for rates based on my long term stay and they provided excellent prices for apartments they have in the hotel. 500-700sqft, with full kitchens, 2 rooms, 3 days a week cleaning, a discount on any hotel purchases, etc. Overall the hotel is very clean, staff is excellent. I don't understand all the comments around breakfast, the breakfast was great and the staff in the dining room is extremely attentive and amazing - all of them. Based on my length of stay, most of them called me by name which made me feel very welcomed. The food was very good and consisted of Western, Japanese, Chinese, and Vietnamese. Also have a chef that can prepare eggs anyway you like. Very large buffet with a great selection, I did not get tired of the breakfast after 5 weeks. Room was large, room service food was also very good, and everything was very clean and comfortable. The hotel pool is nice size but the space is limited but overall it is a great place to relax and has a bar and attentive staff. The overall location is very good in District 3. About a 10min walk to D1 where you would pay twice the price for the same level of accommodation. There is a convenience store and a grocery store within 1 block of the hotel and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within 1-3 blocks (both local and western). I downloaded the grab app and used that for food delivery - works the same as Uber eats. Highly recommend this hotel for price, cleanliness, service, and location. …

We loved our stay at Mai House Saigon! Excellent amenities/facilities and super friendly staff, the pool area and spa was fantastic. I had a massage with Ms. Thu and she was great. The receptionist, who is also the head of the wellness center, Thuy, was very accommodating and friendly. She even kindly offered a free 30 min massage for my husband since we are on our honeymoon. Other than the amazing hospitality, the hotel is located near many attractions and walkable to lots of things. 10/10 highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.
