The hotel was exceptional. Beautiful large rooms with balconies all facing the Saigon river. Great to sit and chill with a drink watching the boats and great views of the city. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever experienced. The staff at the restaurant and around the pool were great. always there to assist you if required. I must call out Nguyen who helped us on numerous occasions with transport and advise us on nearby restaurants. Many thanks to all at the Mia. I am sure you will see us again.

This is the third time in 10 months we’ve stayed at this hotel and it never fails to deliver. We got to stay in the Grand Suite so plenty of room. The bathroom is classy with it’s his and hers set up with the basins on opposite sides. I didn’t get to try the bath but was assured by my partner it was one of the most comfortable to soak in. The bedroom was large with its own balcony and extremely comfortable bed with wonderful pillows. The living room was also a good size with its own balcony….shame it was two and not one balcony. The view was of the river which I’m fairly sure all types of rooms have the same view; that’s a terrific piece of design. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options with staff always willing to stop for a chat. The location is away from District 1 but if you head over to the big Vincom Centre that is close by and go behind it you will find another part of HCMC that is stunning. Beautiful homes, classy shops and magnificent eateries. The hotel is definitely worth a stay and they have a regular shuttle boat service to District 1 that takes less than 15 minutes.

Not quite a 5 star hotel. Cleanliness, rooms, and vibe of the hotel was exceptional. Front Desk, Valet, Room Service, and the Muse bar staff were great. However our one major issue was with the pool staff. Either the hotel has not trained them on valuable customer service etiquette or they just don’t care. The pool boys that were working never once came up to us to ask if we needed anything. It was usually 1 or 2 boys working. We always had to come up to them. I would literally have to swim from one side of the pool to the other to get their attention. It once took them 25 minutes to get our drinks out to us. Never did they touch base and say “sorry for the wait” or “your drinks will be right out” or “our bar is backed up”. Mind you the pool and dining area where the drinks came out of was never busy. Did the hotel want us to spend more money there or not? This wasn’t just once, it was every time we went to the pool and we stayed for 6 nights. They never smiled or said hello. They always looked aloof. Also I booked a 30 minute massage and 60 minute facial. The facial was just ok. The odd thing was the massage I booked stated it was for only neck, shoulders and back. I wanted a quick massage. But the masseuse kept on touching my butt constantly?! Not a big deal, but I honestly thought that was weird. Having been in the hotel industry myself and being from a state (Hawaii) where tourism is a main commerce if not THE main industry, to say that this is a “5 star” is incorrect. Compared to another 5 star hotel in Vietnam we stayed at, this hotel should definitely retrain certain departments.

Dear elle_dang We would like to thank you for taking time to share your experience related to your recent stay with us. It is great to know that you enjoyed the facilities and the overall services. However, we are indeed concerned if we have come short of meeting your expectations regarding the experience at the pool and spa. We hope that you will give us the opportunity of welcoming you back, to demonstrate our ability to deliver top-notch service that goes with your personal expectations. This is possibly the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in! Breakfast is sublime, the amenities are second to none, the location is quiet and peaceful and the staff can’t do enough to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Special mention to Julio and Swan, the rockstars who head the restaurant and bar. Thankyou Mia for such a wonderful holiday!

The Mia Saigon is a real paradise - we are so happy we found this jewel amongst the Saigon hotels. The staff is gorgeous - not only polite and helpful, but absolutely lovely and caring. When we came back to the Hotel after a two days trip into the Mekong delta (special thanks to Quynh for the suggestion) we had such a warm welcome - it was like coming home. Not to forget the delicious food in the Mia restaurant (thank you to the restaurant‘s staff for great moments of joy (Resi really surprised us with her German knowledge - a lovely surprise!). Over all we would rate it 6 or 7 stars if it was possible. Thank you to the wonderful team!

My wife and I recently enjoyed our second stay at Mia Saigon, and I can confidently say that our first remarkable experience was no mere coincidence. In a world where excellence and high standards can be fleeting, Mia Saigon shines as a beacon of consistency. Returning a year later, we were overjoyed to find many familiar faces among the staff who made our stay unforgettable. From the gracious team at the Kitchen by the River, led by the wonderful Anh Sang, to the attentive front office staff and the talented salon team, the warmth of familiar smiles and the continuation of world-class service were heartening. Our decision to forgo a trip to JW in Bangkok in favor of extending our time at Mia was undoubtedly the right one. In hindsight, planning our vacation exclusively around Mia should have been our initial choice. The hotel’s leadership imparts a special touch that resonates through the staff’s treatment of guests and their fellow colleagues. Whether it’s the meticulous room attendants or the courteous gentlemen who graciously assist with car doors, the personal attention sets Mia apart from any other luxury establishment. The boutique size of the hotel and the limited number of rooms ensure this personalized experience remains a constant. It’s evident that they genuinely care about every guest, going above and beyond to ensure a flawless stay. A highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the culinary expertise of Chef Julio and his team. Their attention to detail was evident in every dish, and the restaurant’s ambiance was enhanced by the stunning backdrop of Landmark 81 and the tranquil river. The saltwater pools were a haven of relaxation, never overcrowded, allowing us to unwind in peace. We had the privilege of experiencing both the Mia Suite and the Grand Suite, both of which exceeded expectations with their spaciousness, rivaling even the size of most HCMC condos. The complimentary boat ride into D1 was a convenient bonus, although we were so captivated by the offerings of Thao Dien that we hardly left the area. A standout discovery during our stay was Madam Lam, the hotel’s off-site restaurant. We savored four delightful meals there, and a detailed review can be found on my profile for those interested. Grab rides to Thao Dien were incredibly affordable, averaging just $2 USD each way. There are countless exceptional staff members whose names I regret not being able to mention individually due to their outstanding service. In closing, I’ll express my heartfelt gratitude to Mia Saigon with a simple “cảm ơn Mia Saigon rất nhiều, chúng tôi sẽ quay lại sớm!” Mia Saigon, you’ve won our hearts, and we eagerly await our return!

We had a great stay at Mia hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful. They did a good job decorating the room for my surprise proposal as well. Generally good variety of ala carte breakfast options and were all plated nicely. Thank you for making our time there a memorable one!

Spent 2 nights here for my birthday 18-20 June and had the best time ever. The staff were absolutely amazing especially with little gifts in our room on arrival and another birthday cake by the pool. Mia Saigon is right up there as one of the best hotels we have stayed in because of all the extra thoughtful little touches that made us feel really special. Luxurious room with fabulous river views and huge balcony to chill on and watch the sunset. Cocktails in Muse bar were very well made and presented as was the food in the Kitchen by the River. The hotel’s private speedboat into the city centre was a great experience and much faster than a taxi! Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Saigon to have a few night here. There is a great little Italian restaurant and a pub within short walking distance. Thank-you to all the staff, I wouldn’t like to individually name any as the staff behind the scenes would be left out. You are all a credit to Mia Saigon.

From airport transfer, sightseeing bookings, Spa treatments, city boat taxi service, roof top bar, dining & pool facilities this hotel rivals all the international hotels for facilities, quality of service & experience. All the service teams individually & collectively seek to create your perfect stay in Vietnam at this beautiful location. My first but definitely not my last visit to this gorgeous country & hotel.
