We arrived completely exhausted in the morning after having left an other hotel, that was downright disappointing. Don't trust the point rate at booking.com! Then it was such a relief that this hotel was nice. Good, clean rooms, very nice, kind and service minded staff...More
Jessica on the desk is extremely friendly and helpful. Room was good. Breakfast was superb. Best noodles in Saigon! Close to the backpackers area but far enough to avoid any noise. I'll definitely stay again on my next visit to Saigon.
But i wouldn't have stayed longer. They put us on a first floor room, next to a generator or something which hummed all night. It was dark which gave it a dank feel and only one light out of three working. Hot shower though, and...More

We booked into the green suites in May and had a dreadful time. The hotel is grimy and the service terrible. It reminded me of a backpackers accommodation and its hidden down a dark alleyway. We left in the middle of the night and taxi driver rescued us and took us to a lovely hotel for the same price and with all the trimmings. I would highly recommend The Bloom hotel. Ive stayed at the Bloom twice now.
