We have been travelling in South East Asia for 4 months now and this is one of the nicest, cleanest rooms we have stayed in. Beds were comfortable, TV had 4 English movie channels, room had air con and a private bathroom with hot shower. Most guesthouses in the area were charging $15 upwards for a double room, but Linh...

A simple guesthouse in a small lane right in the middle of Saigon's "backpackers district". Quiet with all commodities including good reading lamps, which is rare in many more expensive hotels. 330 000 VND per night. The manager is a little special. She can be very friendly but gets a bit angry when you refuse to leave her your passport....

We stayed at the Linh Guesthouse for 8 nights and we were very impressed with the people working there, from Nga with her happy face, friendliness and willingness to help us in every situation, to the cleaning staff who were always polite and caring. Admittedly, the room is small, but you only sleep there, right, and it's close to everything....

We, two young European girls, arrived at the evening and the room was still available. The person in charge was very kind and helpful. The room was nice, air-conditioned, all you need. Normal standard. Good value.

We asked around at a lot of places and found this to be one of the cheapest. We were here around new year and had a great time because of the great location. The room is small, but has everything you could need. Aircon, fan, fridge and even flatscreen TV. furthermore the room and the rest of the building is...

We stayed there three nights and we paid 14 dollars per night. The room was small but clean and with air conditioning. The owners were friendly. It is located in a small street full of restaurants and other guesthouses.

Great location, near the buzz and walking distance to all the main sights, but in a quiet alley. There are lots of other hotels, which all look pretty similar, but the prices vary greatly. We stayed 4 nights here. The staff are very friendly and reasonable. For a very reasonable price, we didn't feel we were being taken for a...

Excellent rooms for the price on a quiet alley just off the main strip in district 1. The manager, Truong, was very friendly and helpful. We booked a mekong tour and a bus to Mui Ne. The price was very good and the quality of the tour and the bus was good. Laundry was available as well, the price was...
