This was a great place to stay in saigon, the staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, this room can be improved with hotter water and softer bed but these things are minor and didnt bother us. Loved eating here as they have an amazing restaurant underneath also called royal saigon . Would definatley stay here again...

I have spent four days here and the hosts and staff have been very warm and welcoming. It is my first visit to Vietnam and they have been very helpful guiding me through where I should go or eat. So far I have eaten different viatamese food in their restaurant on a daily basis. The menu is varied and ver...

I booked this hotel via Booking com for my visit in January. A few days later I received a letter from them asking that I cancelled my booking and find a new hotel - they said they were re-thinking their priorities. I quote - we are sorry to inform you that we have to cancel your stay at our Guesthouse....

Dear Mr. Robb Burton, as I already have explained to you we had no choice. And since there was enough time (1 month) to inform you in advance, this would have given you enough time to find another guesthouse that suits your requirements. We don't cancel our guests just for fun but for serious reasons. As a family business any...

Brilliant hotel in an excellent location. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The room was basic but very comfy and clean. Had a small issue with air conditioning but it was quickly sorted! The restaurant downstairs is delicious too! Would stay again.

The guesthouse is situated right in the center of HCMC and in the street you can find many bars and restaurants. There's also a very nice restaurant in the hotel itself, with delicious food and reasonable prices. Our room was quite simple, more hostel- than hotel-style, but everything was clean, so we were happy. There was a window with view...

Hi We stayed 3 nights here. Room was small and cozy for 2 people. Room was a little dated. For the price it was good. The hotel is on the 2nd floor. As we got to know the owners and staff, they were very friendly and helpful. So that itself made up for the small room. They helped booked tours...

The staff was really helpful and gave us a lot of tips. On our last day they even gave us the possibility to have a shower before we went to the airport in the evening altough we already had checked out. The food in the restaurant is delicious!

I stayed for 2 nights at the Amsterdam room in the royal saigon hotel. It's a big room for 23 euro per night with a beautiful balcony and a nice view over the Bui vien. The bed was comfortable, soft and cosy. Everything was clean. The room concludes a big wardrobe and an aircon as well as a fan. Also...

Dear fellows, visiting Vietnam should start and end with a stay in ROYAL SAIGON GUESTGOUSE on Bui Vien in district 1. Not only the area itself is vibrant and buzzing and therefore a perfect area to discover Ho Chi Minh City. The guesthouse is being runned by a German-Vietnamese cultured couple. Everyone is superfriendly, welcoming and helpful at any time....
