Stayed at this hotel for two nights mostly because of the location. All of the tourist attractions are walking distance away, which is great. During our check- in the receptionist provided us with a city map. The staff (tour guide, receptionist, bell boy) were really nice and hospitable. However, before choosing this hotel, or any other hotel at this area,...

A clean room in a very central location. My room was surprisingly quiet even though the street in front of the hotel is a party zone. WiFi worked and I had a working in-room safe. I liked the included breakfast in the restaurant next door.

This was the worst place we visited our entire 2 weeks in Vietnam. From start to finish every bit of the hotel experience was bad. We reserved a deluxe quadruple room which was to include either two full or two double beds as there was 4 of us. Upon arrival we learned instead we'd been given a standard "deluxe" room....

We specifically booked this hotel (on hotels.com) due of the ratings and because a "Quadruple" room had "2 full beds." Upon arrival, the room actually had a full and a single and they added a roll out bed...and they were out of pillows. Seriously, no pillows. Also note, there is no elevator. As soon as we got to our room,...

Web showed 2 double beds as there were 4 of us. Looked long and hard so we didn't have to use roll away. Nope. That room doesn't exist! Worst roll away yet and NO EXTRA PILLOWS! The wifi didn't work 95% percent of the time but the WORST was jackhammer at 7:30am right by our heads from construction next door!...

Our stay at the Graceful Saigon hotel was average. The hotel staff are very nice, but the hotel itself is not the greatest. There is no elevator, so if you stay on the top floor (4th floor) where our room was, you will definitely get a work out each time you go up to your room. The room was nice,...

I was pleasantly surprised when I saw my room. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and spoke good English. In a good location surrounded with lots of bars etc. However it was so loud, even with earplugs I didn't get a good sleep. That was the only downside I found to this hotel.

My stay was more than satisfactory here. The staff were very helpful and informative. Telling me what to watch out for and where to go. And the bedroom was very clean and a pleasure to come back to in the evening.

I recently stayed five nights and will return again in a week or so. Rooms are clean, staff are extraordinarily friendly and helpful, the mattresses are fantastic-memory foam type. Complimentary breakfast at the lil restaurant adjacent is adequate. The price is right for the facilities and service but make sure to realize the location before booking. Some negative reviewers seem...

This hotel is located at Bui Vien Street at District 1. It is in the center of the party or night life of Saigon. If you don't like the noise, I recommend you to ask for a room at the back of the hotel because you can hear the partying noises outside the hotel. This hotel is walking distance from...
