This hotel cheats its customers! We booked a deluxe queen 25m2 room with a bathtub and got a completely different room. Much cheaper, smaller and without a bathtub. When we went to report it, they said that the deluxe queue rooms are already sold out and we can't get one. And they also do not agree to refund the difference in the price of the rooms or any other refund. Now we are in a much cheaper room, even though we have paid the price of a more expensive room.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was close to the center of District 1, and the room was really nice and cheap. The staff was extremely friendly, Louis and Tom really made the whole experience of Saigon better! If you wanna experience everything Saigon has to offer, those two are the ones to ask!

This hotel is located in the centre of the main tourist area superb location very friendly and helpful staff amazing price for what they give you would definitely recommend plenty of authentic Vietnamese restaurants close by at amazing prices

I stayed at the hotel one night. I had given them my laundry and they ruined all the white clothes I had because they weren’t washed correctly. All my white clothes turned pink. I emailed simply asking for a refund of how much I paid for my laundry and they didn’t have the decency to even email me back apologizing. Very rude.

I got the standard room with queen size bed without windows for around $20 a night. Location is very close to Bui Vien walking street with lots of bars and restaurants. Great location if you want to party or have a night out. Receptionist are friendly and they have a staff to help you out with your luggage especially that the reception is a floor up without elevator. But they do have an elevator from the reception floor to the guest rooms so don't worry. My room had tv with local and foreign channels (HBO, Fox, etc). Aircon quickly cools the room too. Their bathroom has a bathtub/shower, toilet with bidet and wash sink with mirror. I would definitely recommend this hotel 😊

Stayed here with family of 4 adults & 3 children - came in separate grouped of 2 adults one first days and joined by the rest on the second day Wonderful welcome and very easy and fast registery Very good rooms Had the Deluxe rooms The staff are excellent & most welcoming - all of them. Very warm and friendly Breakfast is simple with good pho but the waiting staff is very very cooperative Very wonderfully stay - this will be MY hotel always for any repeat visit to Hi Chi Minh

Stay here for 3 nights with a group of friends. Check in/out is smooth and quick. breakfast is simple, a few local choices, toast bread with eggs, fruits. Special requests need to be informed before hand so the manageres can make arrangements. It good enough to start any day. Very near to bụi viên Street. Light sleepers need to asked for the quiet rooms in advance. Restaurants and street food and around the hotel. Street food lovers can ask Julie to recommend a stall located in the alley next to the hotel. All the rooms have a safe and bar fridge. Will return to stay again soon 👍

If you are looking for the area where most of the Ex Pats walk around at night to see the night life this is where you should stay. It is very clean and inviting. I would ask for a room with a window if available but the rooms without a room are good also as it blocks the outside noise at night. It is easy to walk around to eat and see the night entertainment. Using the Grab app you can call for taxis to anywhere you wish to visit. The staff is there to help you with anything you may need such as setting up a car to the airport or a van to travel to another location in VN. I have stayed in a few different cities in VN and this is one you need to see as it is a city that doesn't sleep in this particular area. I love the south as it is more laid back. Saigon is a large city so know the areas you want to visit. Again they can help you set you trips to different locations at the front desk. It is clean and safe.…

I stayed here for 3 nights thinking I wanted to be closer to Bui Vien Street but not too close. I was too close 😳. Great spot during the day but come night time and the early hours of the morning it's bedlam. The music is so loud and it was driving me crazy whilst trying to get to sleep at night. All my fault though booking so close and nothing to do with the hotel. I came on a Friday and checked in early. Staff are so helpful and always smiling and so friendly. Many other places could learn from the staff at this hotel. I stayed in the standard room with window which is 20m2. It seemed pretty small but after awhile it was fine. Breakfast was pretty basic but more than enough to get you started. I had 2 fried eggs every morning. Had fruit, toast and tea. Never left breakfast hungry. I like my food. I paid $34 AUS per night and it was a bargain. I would definitely recommend if you love the nightlife but if you want it more peaceful maybe choose something else. I'd give it 4 out of 5 due to the quality of customer service from the staff. …
