I made a reservation based on great reviews on Google Maps and TripAdvisor. Sadly, the price is too much for what is offered, ie. I paid equivalent of Canadian $60 dollars for one night for a Deluxe room. Sadly, the washroom didn't have the exhaust working, throughout my two nights there. The power outlet for the kettle to make coffee...

The Hotel is situated in the vicinity of "happenings" - massage parlors, small eateries, souvenir shops, pubs, cafe, food streets and market are within walking distance Very convenient. Eateries and shops are all walking distance. Though we were in Ho Chi Minh for 5 days, there were plenty of culinary surprises for us. The "SAIGON FOOD STREET" (is an open...

There are lots and lots of hotels in Saigon. That said, you can't go wrong with the Cap Town. It;s a little older but the rooms a big, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is terrific. The location is perfect - just a few blocks to Ben Thanh Market, Reunification Palace, War Remnants Museum, etc, etc.

We were concern with the traffic noise since that was a major concern amongst reviewers. Slept like a baby at Cap Town because it is located on a side street yet close enough to walk to major sights, restaurants and shopping (5 min from Ben Thanh Market). The rooms are huge and we enjoyed the natural light. Staff are friendly...
